Cozy Cottage w/wood stove, firepit, pond & hiking trails near Snow Trails

Relax in our cozy cottage on scenic Possum Run. Watch wildlife, sunsets and starry skies from the covered front porch with beautiful west view, explore the 65 acres of woods and fields, swim or boat on the freshwater pond then grill out and sit around the large campfire circle. Gather around the handmade dining table (seats 6) for meals, games or puzzles, curl up on the large couch to watch a movie. Sleep well in a comfy queen bed or pick your bunk. Couch makes into a queen for additional sleeping. You can fill your days staying close or venture out to the many area attractions near Mansfield.

***Our rate is for 4 people. Additional guests are $20 per person. Max 6 people***

Please read the house rules "view more" posted on VRBO policy page - there's no fishing (including catch & release) in our pond but several nearby lakes offer fishing.

This cozy cabin was absolutely lovely and well equipped. Krista was incredibly responsive. We loved the wood burning fireplace and appreciate that our hosts had a well stocked wood pile waiting for us. There were so many thoughtful touches that really made this stay special. We look forward to returning in warmer months to explore the grounds and make use of the lake.

We stayed at Cozy Cottage while attending the Moto America races at Mid Ohio. It’s the perfect location. Close to track, yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The cabin was very clean and stocked with everything you need. We had a great time, and hope to return next year!

This is the best rental we've ever stayed at!!! Owner thought of everything at this place. Communication was excellent with renter. We were close enough to restaurants and stores.,but yet far enough out for tranquility. We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Very cold in that little building only had two heat sources plus the wood burner with wet rotten wood blower on the back that didn't work when we asked for more wood got more of the same and at their leisure. Place would be fine I guess just not when it's cold out

Great Place to Stay for Mid-Ohio

This property was AWESOME! It was a perfect space for my family. Kris made sure we had everything we needed and more. Our main reason for the stay was to attend race events at Mid-Ohio. The track was easy to get back and forth to. I would definitely stay again!

Willow Cottage and Pond shared a border with our farm. When the previous owner decided to sell, we jumped at the chance to add this delightful property to our homestead.
