Prime location, 4 minutes away from Niagara falls, casino, Aquarium, bus line. and bus line on Pine avenue.
It’s a beautiful 2 story 1500 sq feet home. Huge front porch, big living, formal dining, kitchen island, all granite, Stainless steel appliances.
3 spacious bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom on the 2nd floor and one on the main floor.
Concert drive way in the back of the property for 2 parking. Very convenient.

see at first i’m not gonna lie it was a pain getting in the house because of having the wrong pin, but the host indeed helped , house was actually clean , very stocked, i feel like if there was a lil bit better of a paint job on some of the walls though that guests would be way more happier with the outcome!! overall i would stay at this bnb again!!

It was a disappointment of a life time!!! Location was centrally located to falls and adventures. BUT…the house was old, no problem. HOWEVER, it is poorly maintained and not CLEAN!!!! Arrived at residence with 3 towels and 1 wash cloth available for 7 days, no knives for table service, no dish cloth, one holey dish towel, tv was not set up to use, no porch light to get into house at night, definitely need hand rails to get to second floor! What work that has been done on house is substandard. Whole property would be rated POOR! Just not a descent place to stay. Would not recommend to any one!

Property basically met our needs, we each had a comfortable room to sleep in and 2 full bathrooms made it easy for 3 to get ready for the day. My brother has owned rental property and he was very uneasy about the inside stair depth and lack of railing. We were always very cautious using them. I was also uneasy in the neighborhood where, in fact, a house nearby did actually catch fire which was a noisy and unsettling event. Given the age and condition of the surrounding structures, I was concerned how far and fast a fire could spread. Fortunately the fire department got control quickly. Mostly because of the condition of the neighborhood I would not encourage my acquaintances to stay there, but because nothing bad came to pass and our basic needs were met, I would not discourage them either.

Jabrellie M, the guest stayed at our listening for one night. He unethically complained to Vrbo and lied and took another relocation and the following day he stayed in another Vrbo with free of cost. His booking was only one night with us. This way he took 2 free stay. One at our listening and another on a different Vrbo listening. I did not get payment from Vrbo and moreover Vrbo penalized me. This guest knows how to trick and can get free stay. Nightmare of all the host.
