About Sandy Yates
I grew up in Lewiston and love this unique border town so steeped in rich history. Lewiston is a little hamlet very close to Niagara Falls and was burned down in the War of 1812.. I know everything about this area , past and present and love interacting with my guests. I try very hard to not only welcome them but am intent on learning and guiding them to having the best vacation they could possibly have.
Sandy Yates purchased this House in 2008
Why Sandy Yates chose Youngstown
This is a wonderful property. The neighborhood is so quiet and friendly. It is only 3 streets of small houses and cottages with the wonder of Lake Ontario, right there in your back yard. Ot os a very special place and one can't help but bond and relax while there. It is so close to all the action, but yet it is wonderful to come home to peace and tranquility. !
What makes this House unique
There are so many benefits, it is hard to know where to start. The lake front is just. a few steps away from the house. Although it is private to only the residents of this small community, it is like having your own private lake because there is seldom anyone at the lakefront. There is a wonderful spacious living room with a wrap around couch that is so perfect for visiting with family and friends. I love dogs and even offer an extra service in which I can watch your dog with tender loving care, if you decide to take a long day trip to Canada or elsewhere. .

Clean and cozy
We took a weekend trip myself my husband and three kids aged 13, 12, & 10 and our dog. The house was great size that everyone had room and we weren’t cramped. We were greeted by a delicious pastry from a local bakery. Views of Lake Ontario is right out the door. The house was neat and clean. The neighborhood is clean and neighbors we saw while walking the dog very friendly.
Great location just out of town, next to old fort niagra, well worth visit, especially for history buffs, Sandy was great! Charming town center in youngstown!
Comfortable, quiet getaway
Spacious front room, nicely decorated throughout. Very cozy and quiet. We loved being greeted by aroma of fresh pastry when we arrived! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Nice lake cottage
We had a nice stay in this cottage. It had everything we needed
I would consider this home away from home. It is cozy little house that has the feel of being lived in. My family and I enjoyed our time while there. Quiet neighborhood. No issues.
Immaculate conveniently located home
Clean rental located just one door from lake ontario and very conveniently located to Niagara falls and niagara on the lake. Inside set up beautifully for relaxing vacation. Quiet neighborhood next to Ft Niagara state park. Pool and picnic grounds and fort to tour for fee. Owner accessible and generously left us sweets to start our first day and gave us lots of info when asked. Read binder and guest book for local info. Comfortable beds and my mom is still asking about sheets that were so comfortable. Terrific stay.
