Summertime Rental in Highly Coveted & Convenient Sycamore Park
Come relax and enjoy yourself in this three bedroom, two and half bath home in Mill Valley. The location can't be beat. You are walking distance from downtown restaurants, wonderful playgrounds, world class hiking and biking trails and just a twenty minute drive to the beach or San Francisco.
The main living area is an open space design with high vaulted ceilings and lots of natural sunlight. The kitchen is a galley style chefs kitchen with high end appliances and a ten foot island with seating for four. The dining area, featuring a beautiful walnut table, can comfortably seat up to ten.
The master suite has a California King bed and plenty of drawers and closet space. The two bedrooms in the rear of the house both have queen size beds and elfa style closets. The half bath and washer/dryer are also located in the rear of the house.
The yard and patio will transport you to a tropical vacation paradise. The outdoor covered patio and adjacent BBQ sits just off the kitchen. The yard is artificial turf with a bocce court/putting green. There is also a fire pit to sit around and enjoy on those cooler Mill Valley evenings.
