On the other side the spacious balcony invites you to a relaxing breakfast in the sun or shade in the evening with a view on Mont Boron.

Located on the sixth and last floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, secure parking, balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with bathtub and WC, separate kitchen with access to the balcony, living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table.
A parking space is also available for your car in a building close by.
Please note that there is no air-conditioned available as we prefer the breeze when opening the windows on both sides of the apartment. Additionally, we have fans if it is too hot in summer.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood
In the Port area you will find a very relaxed atmosphere with its numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all on walking distance.
You can enjoy a sundowner and watch yachts returning from a day trip or walk to the hip Rue Bonaparte to socialize.
The Promenade des Anglais with its beautiful long beach is within only 15 minutes walking distance and the Old Town within 10 minutes. You will find everything you need in the neighborhood for a happy stay in Nice!
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 350m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park our secure and private parking on the Harbor.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in dieser wunderbaren Stadt jeweils zur Karnevalsaison und bevorzugen für unseren Aufenthalt das Hafenviertel, weil es ein lebendiges Quartier ist und man auch viel vom "normalen Alltag" mitbekommt. Das Apartment ist etwas einfach möbliert, jedoch hell und sehr sauber und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Jachthafen. Die tolle Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn ist besonders hervorzuheben. Leider war das Matisse-Museum wegen Renovierung geschlossen, aber die Stadt bietet so viele Alternativen für Besichtigungen und Entdeckungen. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum sehr zufrieden.

Bel appartement au dernier étage, calme, très bien situé, vue magnifique avec un parking à proximité.
Prevoir un balai. Revoir le branchement tv qui n’a pas fonctionné pendant notre séjour. Ajouter une cafetière électrique.

Quelques jours de repos à Nice
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien. D'avoir une place de parking (un box) pas loin aide énormément. L'appartement est agréable, surtout dû à sa superficie et son ensoleillement. La salle de bains (surtout le rideau de douche) et le chauffe-eau à gaz difficile à doser ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'appartement. Il manque également des bôles et des verres.
On subit aussi quelques bruits de la montée des escaliers avec des voisins pas très discrets.
Malgré ça dans l'ensemble un séjour agréable.
L'agence a fait son travail et était disponible.
appartement très lumineux avec une superbe terrasse. grands volumes, chambre, cuisine et salle de bains donnant sur l'extérieur. il manque un vrai four et un lave vaisselles et des explications en français pour l'utilisation de la TV et de la plaque vitrocéramique
