Schöne Wohnung in TOP-Lage.

Appartment direkt am zentralen Platz und Strand in der 5.Etage mit Terrasse und super Blick über die gesamte Bucht. Einfache Ausstattung, sauber und in Ordnung.

Toller Blick, tolle Lage, mäßige Qualität und Ausstattung

Tolle Lage. Für Urlauber mit Leihwagen nicht geeignet, da absolut keine Parkplätze findbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet, die Qualität entspricht maximal spanischem Standard. Vermieter spricht nicht deutsch und kaum englisch, daher fällt die Kommunikation sehr schwer.

Super Sonnenterrasse mit wunderschönem Weitblick . . .

Für uns als Rentnerehepaar waren es vier superentspannte Wochen. Die sehr große Terrasse mit zwei Sonnenliegen, Frühstückstisch mit Sonnenschirm .. das war Wellnessurlaub pur. Besonders die herrliche Lage .. mittendrin .. kurze Wege, mit dem Fahrstuhl runter u. schon am Strand, Restaurants, Kiosk (deutsche Zeitung u. Zeitschriften), Marktplatz (Wochenmarkt), Bank/Geldautomat (Mehrsprachig, auch in Deutsch) .. alles "direkt" vor der Haustür u. Touristen-Info, Taxistand u. Discounter cirka 200 Meter entfernt. Ein Ärztecentrum cirka 10 Minuten Fußweg. Im Bereich Marktplatz/Strandpromenade war kontinuierlich Polizeipräsenz u. Badeaufsicht (von morgens 09:00 bis nachmittags cirka 17:00) durch Rettungsschwimmer. Der Strandbereich u. Marktplatz wurden täglich gereinigt. Eine Umstellung für uns Deutsche .. der Hausmüll .. man muß diesen an Sammelstellen entsorgen (cirka 5 Min. Fußweg) u. Pfandflaschen (Rückgabe beim Discountern) gibt es nicht. Die Wohnung ist schlicht eingerichtet aber sehr geräumig u. alle Geräte sind vorhanden. Die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Weitblick entschädigt jedoch voll. Internet klappt hervorragend u. deutsches TV läßt den Abend angenehm ausklingen. Die Betreuung bei der Anreise (Schlüßelübergabe) klappte gut u. bei Problemen helfen Vermieter Josie & Carlos umgehend. Das besonders schöne Wetter machte unseren Urlaub (über Weihnachten & Silvester) zu einem besonderem Urlaub . . den wir garantiert wiederholen werden. Diese Ferienwohnung kann von uns nur empfohlen werden und der Preis ist, bei der Lage, voll gerechtfertigt.
