Lovely roomy and light apartment with a great balcony and nice view

We loved the apartment, nice, light, lovely great balcony, close to the sea and quiet village. Greeting by the father of the owner was excellent, including two bottles of wine. Wifi was great and TV had Netflix. I already miss the stay!!

Our yearly girls holiday!

What an amazing apartment! It had everything we needed and more. They have really thought of everything, even down to a shopping trolley on wheels which was excellent for our supermarket trips. It is in a quite area, near a couple of supermarkets and a few places to drink and eat with a small beach. The outside space is really spacious and you get the sun all day. The outside canopy was easy to use providing shade when needed. Excellent Wi-Fi and we were provided with milk, beer, wine and some lovely cakes and bananas. Its not far to walk to the bus stop on the main road and the 111 took us to all the main areas of the island.Felix the property owner collected us and took us back to the airport for a very reasonable fee. He WhatsApped me all the details of the pick up and lots of other information for our stay and even drove round Poris showing us where all the amenities were and where to catch the bus from. He made it so easy, it ran like clockwork and he is a very nice gentlemen. Our weeks stay was relaxing, stress free and very comfortable.

sehr schöne Wohnung!

Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Wohnung, allerdings ohne Geschirrspüler (sollte lt. Inserat vorhanden sein). Die nahe Autobahn stört tatsächlich nicht.Sehr freundlicher Kontakt im Vorfeld und vor Ort mit Felix.

Wonderful

We had 2 wonderful weeks. The apartment is very nice, sunny terasse, very well equipped. The owner is wonderful, we arrived late with our baby and he had foreseen some things to eat and drink. It's definitely an address we note for a next visit jn tenerife

Great stay in this nice appartment

Great appartment in Poris, a small town away from mass tourism (that was the case in May at least). The appartment is clean and has everything you need. No air-conditioning, but we didn’t need it. It’s close to the highway but it didn’t bother us, no problem with the windows open. The underground garage is perfect, the pool good and clean but the appartment complex is a bit sober (but well maintained). A supermarket is at walking distance, as well as the sea. 100 stairsteps down to reach the beach for our favourite bar, 70’s café. Great coffees and food. The small beach with it’s tidal pools and little boulevard with swimming spots: We loved it! Communication with the owner was good, he gave us many tips on restaurants in the neighbourhood. Good feedback on a complaint we had, I’m confident this owner will fix it to keep customers happy.

Apparemment au top!

Séjour formidable dans cet appartement, conforme à la description de l'annonce. Très propre, tout confort à l'intérieur comme sur la terrasse, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Accueil très chaleureux et notre hôte très agréable et donne des infos et est à notre disposition pour tous besoins. Le petit plus la superbe piscine. Et la vue magnifique vue sur mer. Bravo.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für einen Kletterurlaub

Die Wohnung hatte die richtige Größe und Ausstattung für 4 Personen. Wir haben jeden Tag den Ausblick aufs Meer genossen auf der großzügigen Terasse. Home-Office war mit gutem Internet möglich. Die Lage war perfekt, um die verschiedenen Klettergebiete rund um Arico zu besuchen - in Poris selbst gibt es auch ein Klettergebiet. Das Rauschen der Autobahn hört man leicht - ist jedoch nicht störend. Es gibt 2-3 Katzen, die man oft auf der Terrasse antrifft. In der Küche sollte man keine Lebensmittel offen stehen lassen, da sonst kleine Ameisen kommen. Unser Host war sehr hilfsbereit und wir hatten einen einfach Check-in und Check-out. Als der Wäscheständer kaputt ging, hatte sich unser Host direkt am nächsten Tag um Ersatz gekümmert. Es gibt einen privaten Stellplatz in der Garage, was sehr komfortabel ist. In der Anlage gibt es einen Pool, aber auch das Meer ist mit nur 5-7 min. Fußweg über eine öffentliche Treppe gut zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5-7 min ebenfalls zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa! Vielen Dank!

Très bel appartement

Nous y avons séjourné fin février. L'appartement est presque parfait, il est parfaitement orienté car la terrasse est protégée du vent (il y en a beaucoup de ce côté de l'île)ce qui nous a permis d'en profiter du matin au soir. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, on peut manger dedans ou dehors et le coin canapé sur la terrasse est très agréable. Les chambres sont agréables, le parking couvert très appréciable. Le village est sympa, deux bars de plage accueillants et deux supérettes à proximité. Et pour les amoureux des chats il y en a deux qui sont venu nous voir tous les jours et qui nous ont tenu compagnie sur la terrasse. Pour ce qui est des petits défauts: - l'absence de lave vaisselle malgré ce qui est marqué sur l'annonce - nous n'avons eu des voisins qu'une journée mais le mur de séparation étant assez bas ils peuvent voir tout sur la terrasse et dans le salon. - Dans la salle de bain une odeur désagréable pendant tout le séjour. Malgré cela nous y retournerons avec plaisir d'autant que nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par Félix.

excellent apartment

We enjoyed the apartment for 2 weeks. Everything we needed was there. Felix was a good host. The shower broke down. The next day he had already repaired it. When we arrived there was fruit, bread and drinks. We couldn't wish for a better location. The adjacent highway does not cause any noise nuisance. The apartment is very quiet. We would love to come back.

a fantastic apartment!

a great location in a beautiful coastal village that has everything you need, 2 bars/cafes on the beach front, 2 supermarkets, easy to head north or south from here, the apartment is clean and comfortable, a great terrace/patio that gets sun all day with sea views! and theres a pool area on the roof for swims if you don’t fancy getting in the sea. the kitchen is well equipped, shower is strong & the beds are comfortable, a washing machine and spot to dry clothes, the hosts are great communicators and check-in/out was smooth. el poris is a hidden gem for sure! 10/10 would recommend

Séjour dépaysant

Séjour fin septembre début octobre, période idéale car pas trop de monde et résidence calme avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer , bien abritée ! Logement confortable, bien équipé . Grande piscine et garage . J’ai aimé le côté plus typique du petit port de Poris . Félix notre hôte a été disponible et charmant . Nous étions 4 amies , logement pratique pour nous car 4 lits simples . On reviendra car cette île est incroyable !

Erholsame Tage

Der Check-in verlief sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Für den ersten Hunger und Durst war Bier, Wein , Wasser, Obst und Gebäck bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung war wie ausgeschrieben sehr sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten und aus unserer Sicht wichtig und in südlichen Ländern nicht üblich: jeder hatte seine eigene Decke. Eine Spülmaschine ist wirklich nicht vorhanden, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat-wir waren im Urlaub und hatten Zeit. Der TV hat keine deutschen Fernsehkanäle ist aber Netflix und Amazon Prime fähig. Das WLAN ist hervorragend. Absolutes Glanzstück ist die Veranda-ein Teil davon ist überdacht-Markise und bequeme Liegen sind vorhanden- sowie ein toller Blick aufs Meer. Unser Leben fand draussen statt. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Autobahn, diese hört man aber nicht. Im Ort sind zwei Supermärkte und Restaurants/Cafe`s. Trotzdem würden wir einen Mietwagen empfehlen. Diesen kann man in der Tiefgarage mit eigenem Platz parken. Der Vermieter hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps über die Umgebung sowie guten Fischrestaurants geholfen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Jederzeit wieder hier!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und über die ganze Zeit sehr nett betreut. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, Badezimmer, Küche und Waschküche inklusive. Sogar Strandtücher sind bereitgestellt. Wunderschöne große Terrasse mit wundervollem Ausblick. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man sehr schnell und einfach auf der Autobahn, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Mietwagen ist sinnvoll. Es gibt einen Stellplatz in der Garage. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen! Volle Empfehlung!

Nice apartment in small town

We stayed in there for almost 5 weeks, it was great apartment to join remote work and travelling around the island. Internet connection was perfect for remote work (we had 3 people doing actively same time online meetings, etc). Apartment was clean and well equipped. There was nice beach in 20min walk from the apartment and small one just few minutes away. Don't expect any gastronomy experience from the town though.
