Porte d'entrée de l'immeuble , hors service ; hall d'entrée avec au rez-de-chaussée une odeur permanente des poubelles stockées dans un local mal ventilé .Appartement spacieux et propre , mais porte de douche défectueuse ainsi que le porte savon , mur de la salle d'eau à rafraichir par endroits .TrÚs bonne literie .

Eclairage insuffisant dans la sdb, manque de crochets dans les chambres et sdb (2). Manque de boulangeries et magasins d'alimentation à proximité de l'appartement.

Min punten - haakjes in de badkamer vallen van de muur. Niet mogelijk om handdoek/baddoek op te hangen. - Niet mogelijk om hand/baddoeken te laten drogen. - schimmel in de douche cabine. - wc bril zit totaal los en past niet op het toilet. - tv afstand bediening dringend te vervangen. Geen deksel op de achterkant. Moet altijd de batterijen induwen om tv te gebruiken. - geen gebruiksaanwijziging voor tv, radio/dvd speler, microgolf + vaatwasser. Plus punten - goed ligging. - layout appartement. - goed verwarming. - Cleaning kit. - Douche gel/shampoo.

Unkompliziert und schön

Die Mieterfahrung ist Ă€usserst positiv gewesen. die Lage war direkt am Strand, Parking vor der TĂŒr, und sĂ€mtliche Restaurants direkt neben an. Alles war sehr sauber und verlief einwandfrei und einfach.
