Perfext stay in Roussillon

We are two couples from Finland who stayed in this house a week. Really nice house with modern twist. Cinema and room all-room -audio was a great extra.

Great House Rental Location for Day Trips by car and Cycling/Bicycling in the Vicinity

The house is strategically located in walking distance to Roussillon and short drives by car to all the main sights of interests in the Provence area. Being a road cyclist it also was a perfect location as a hub to ride directly from the house to those locations. Thomas, Fabienne and Raymond did an amazing job communicating with us, checking us in and addressing our questions during our stay. The house is also updated with smart home features and a driveway gate that can be opened/closed electronically. 3 separate showers/bathrooms. The outdoor patio was amazing to enjoy breakfasts, lunch and dinner as well as taking in the views of the countryside and the sounds of the birds at sunrise and sunset and very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed cooking at the house and creating meals using things we picked up at the outdoor farmers markets, grocery stores and boulangeries/patisseries including wines of the region. Upon checking in we also received a housewarming bottle of wine from Thomas which we all really enjoyed over dinner. This house rental is a hidden gem if you like peace and quiet, modern amenities, proximity to sights of interests, like to ride bicycles, walk to town, cook and take in the Provence lifestyle and experience. For context for people reading this review our group consisted of four people (2 couples) who came separately from California. One couple rented a car from Avignon train station and the other couple from Marseille airport.

Villa trĂšs bien placĂ©e permettant d'aller au village Ă  pieds et de visiter le LubĂ©ron trĂšs facilement. TrĂšs propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, rien Ă  dire ! C'est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou avec des amis. Un seul regret, n'avoir rĂ©server que 2 semaines et non 3 😄

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

FĂŒr uns war es perfekt. Der Garten hat genug Platz zum Spielen, fĂŒr den Hund und zum Parken. Das Haus ist sehr chic und clean eingerichtet und insbesondere die vollausgestattete KĂŒche und ein Bad fĂŒr jeden hat es uns angetan. Das kleine Kino war fĂŒr die im MĂ€rz teilweise kĂŒhlen Abende perfekt, vor allem fĂŒr unsere 15 jĂ€hrige Tochter. Die warmen Abende konnten super auf der ĂŒberdachten Terrasse beim Grillen genutzt werden. Leider war der Pool noch nicht nutzbar, im Sommer aber sicherlich perfekt! Die Umgebung lĂ€dt zum Entspannen, Radfahren und Wandern ein. Mit dem Rad etwa 10 min zum Pont Julien von dort aus fĂŒhrt der „Greenway“ ĂŒber die einen tollen Radweg in die nĂ€chsten Dörfer bzw. lĂ€dt zu einer schönen Tour im GrĂŒnenn ein. Mit dem Rad ist es nur 1 min in das Dorf Roussillon um auf den Markt zu gehen, die EinkĂ€ufe des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs zu erledigen oder durch die Ockerfelsen im „Le Sentier des Ocres“ zu genießen - unser Tip hier - nehmt das Rad oder geht zu Fuß! Die nĂ€chsten grĂ¶ĂŸeren GeschĂ€ft sind es etwa 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der nĂ€chste ausgeschriebene Wanderweg ist ca 800 m vom Haus weg, hier sollte man jedoch keine Angst vor einem nicht ganz gesicherten Aufstieg zu Beginn haben. Danach wird der Weg wunderschön durch die Ockerfelsen und an den Feldern entlang. Avignon als nĂ€chste große Stadt ist etwa eine Stunde von der Unterkunft entfernt und neben den kleineren Orten wie Bonnieux, Gordes und Goult sicherlich sehr sehenswert.

Best house ever

We hebben al veel huizen gehuurd, maar dit was echt een fantastisch huis. Sonos in elke kamer, 3 badkamers m, 3 tv’s. Lekker zwembad. Op 7 minuten wandelen van het dorp. Gewoon PERFECT!

A real treasure

Our experience staying in houses in France over the last 20 years has led us to expect very little. Boy were we surprised by this little Gem. The place is fantastic - heated pool superb, cinema room was a delight and beds super comfy. Bathroom were well appointed. Supplied towels were if a very good quality. Within a 10 min stroll into the picturesque town of Roussillon where we found several excellent restaurants but wow those views, especially at sunrise and sunset worth getting up early or staying later to see. The owner was a pleasure to converse with over contact via VRBO and in person. Didn’t want to leave.

Un séjour exceptionnel !

SĂ©jour parfait. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  l'Ă©cart de l'effervescence du village tout en Ă©tant trĂšs proche (5 minutes Ă  pieds). La maison est magnifique, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il ne manque rien. La salle de cinĂ©ma est un vrai plus pour les enfants. Son multipiĂšce d'une trĂšs grande qualitĂ©. La piscine Ă  Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e dans cette magnifique rĂ©gion baignĂ©e de soleil. PropretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Pur bonheur !

Roussillon est un village magnifique. La maison est idéalement située (5 minutes à pieds du centre du village), l'emplacement est au calme dans un cadre magnifique. La maison est superbe, trÚs bien agencée, trÚs trÚs bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La salle home cinéma en sous-sol est incroyable ; cela fut une trÚs belle surprise qui a ravie nos enfants. La piscine en exterieur trÚs belle et dans cadre idyllique L'accueil de la part des propriétaires fut trÚs chaleureux et cordial. Le Luberon est un endroit trÚs beau; nous l'avons découvert et visité depuis cette maison et cela en a fait un séjour magnifique. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.
