Rent Vendée house of great comfort, consisting of a main house and an annex (next door and independent), both completely renovated. The set of 2 houses is located on a private landscaped plot of 3800 m2, with petanque court and heated swimming pool:<br>- from 15 APRIL to 30 SEPTEMBER, <br>- OCTOBER: depending on the weather.<br>The property is located in a small, quiet village 8 km from Les Sables d'Olonne. Services in the village: bakery-pastry shop, post office, mini-market, doctor's office, bar-tabac, hairdresser, ...<br><br>Many activities: nearby beaches, walks, hikes, cycling, visits, sports, etc...<br><br>Description of the 2 houses:<br><br>- the main house (6 people), 150 m2: central heating, large living room (air conditioner for the summer), large equipped kitchen (induction hob, 2 refrigerators, 1 with water fountain, LV, LL), large veranda, 2 beautiful terraces (garden table and chairs), 3 bedrooms with 2 beds (3 beds 160, 1 walk-in shower, sink, dressing rooms), equipped bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet, television, WiFi Internet access, 2 cots, baby bath and baby chair available. <br><br>- the annex (4 people) 30 m2: independent heating, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 160 + reversible air conditioning, the other with bunk beds 90, bathroom (shower), sink, WC.<br>The annex cannot be rented alone as it does not have a kitchen.<br><br>Duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided.<br><br>Outside, large landscaped area with undergrowth, petanque court, private secure swimming pool, open and heated (from May to September depending on the weather), ...<br><br>In the garage, available: dryer, 5 adult bikes, 3 children's bikes, barbecue, outdoor games, ping-pong table, deckchairs, parasols, hammock, ...<br><br>Notes: <br>- This rental is aimed at families for a quiet occupation ("in good faith"). <br>- No groups for parties. <br>- Pets are not allowed.<br>- For availability, ask us.<br>- In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.<br>- Weekends including Monday must start on Friday evening (3 nights).<br>Cleaning at the end of your stay at your expense or contact us <br>Registration number TOURIST TAX: 852500000176D

Maison agréable, beau jardin ombragé, grande piscine superbe. Nous avons passé un super week-end pour nos 50 ans de mariage avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Super adresse pour 11,12 personnes avec enfants ou ados.

Superbe maison spacieuse

Hôte très disponible, nous avions beaucoup d'espace et la maison est bien équipée. Les se sont bien amusés dans la piscine même s'il a pas fait super beau temps mais ça reste agréable. A conseiller.

Au top, nous changeons souvent de gîtes mais nous reviendrons a coup sûr ici. Propriétaire très disponible et accueillant. Les pièces en réalité sont plus grande qu on l imagine vis a vis des photos. Les extérieurs sont exceptionnels le gros point fort de cette maison, et idéalement placée en plus

Maison spacieuse , agréable avec la piscine ,face à la véranda. Tout est bien pensé, pour passer un bon séjour, rien ne manque pour petits et grands. Propriétaire, gentil, et disponible si besoin. Je recommande cette adresse.

Très bon séjour

Grace aux communications avec notre hôte avant notre arrivée, et sa compréhension que nous venons aux Sables pour un évènement sportif, tout s'est très bien déroulé. Olivier a était très attentif au moindre demande d'information ou d'aide. La maisons est parfait pour un séjour en famille, tranquilité et détente au programme.
