Beautiful Property. When arriving by taxi/Uber, it was difficult to know exactly where the entrance was to the condo since we weren't parking in the parking garage, but a quick phone call solved it. Also, you will not have a view of the beach, although this is technically a beachfront property. Your view will be of the pool and the tall hedges that block your view of the water. Everything else was lovely!

We had a great vacation at this property. The location is perfect and can't be beat. The condo is laid out great and there is tons of room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials and more. The condo did not have a speck of dirt, sand or anything when we arrived. It was pristine. That goes a long way having stayed in several rentals in the area. The 360 crew was very accommodating for us upon our arrival and we greatly appreciate it. We will definitely stay at this property again and will definitely rent a 360 Blue managed property again.

July 4 family trip

Location is steps away from beach. Pleasing and tasteful decor. Kitchen with high end appliances that made cooking a pleasure. Beds didn’t cause back aches Master bathroom had double shower - a plus The two floor layout of the rental was conducive for privacy therefore better for 2 families one on each floor or couples. Check in and check out process easy. Would recommend they tell you where the coded entrance of the rental is. It was an absolutely perfect vacay with my 20 something kids and their significant others. Thank you 😊

Was fun revisiting our prior comments in the guest log book. Watercolor / Seaside is our happy place...and this property no doubt offers the best of being at the beach. As the sign in the kitchen says "If you're lucky enough to be at the beach...you're lucky enough." Can't beat the location - straight across the bridge to the private stretch of beach. Inviting and comfortable furnishings, great and newly remodeled kitchen, and plenty of room. Fantastic outdoor living / balcony for morning coffee. Dedicated parking. Oversee, as always, did a great job of managing our stay (thank you!). We can't wait to come back...again!

This was our first time visiting 30A and we were very happy that we chose this property. It is in a perfect location. You can easily walk or drive to several restaurants and Publix. The property is also well kept. It was even nicer than the pictures online showed, which rarely happens! The mattress in the master could be replaced but all of the other beds were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to a return stay on 30A.

Reviewer Comments: For the size and price of the rental, I would suggest leaving more than 1 trash bag and more than 1 paper towel roll, and a few more rolls of toilet. Also, there were no filters for coffee maker. There were issues with turning the TVs on and off. And when we arrived, our package with car tags and wristbands weren't there and our code for the door didn't work.

Beautiful, relaxing and so convenient

This place is beautifully decorated, very spacious yet cozy, and conveniently located within steps to a heated pool and the beach access. Watercolor shops and dining all within a short walk as well. Access to all watercolor has to offer-the beach club, camp watercolor, and tennis/pickleball as well. We had a wonderful trip.
