We had a great time at Beach Blessings! The home was perfect for our group of 6. The kids loved the toys and all the puzzles. My favorite part was the swing overlooking the ocean view. We would definitely stay here again!

The view was wonderful andcommunication was great. Being an older property it has surely had tons of renters over the years! For that reason it could use a little TLC... kitchen drawers, outdoor cushion replacement, exterior light bulbs, , etc... nothing worth complaining about, just my input! The house was well stocked with towels, etc... and beach access is just what anyone would want!

Our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, had a marvelous time at Beach Blessings. The house worked perfectly for our spring break. The location on the beach was great as the mostly private beach area had plenty of room to enjoy the sand and sun. Close enough to restaurants and shops to use bikes, and that is important as this area of 30A has a huge traffic problem during parts of the day. We found the house to have everything we needed, and was extremely quiet even with the 3 kids. No complaints at all with this rental. Will visit again for sure.

Hi Paul, Thank you for your kind review. The word has gotten out about the beauty and amenities on 30A, so traffic is heavy. Walking or biking using the roadside trail is the way to go. We would love to host your family again in the future!

Comfortable and right on the beach

The house has a recently updated interior and is quite comfortable. Of course, the best part is that the beach is steps away.

We had a good stay overall, but a couple of issues kept it from being great. The listing advertises a “private beach”, which isn’t accurate - beach is shared, same as most other properties in that area I hear. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing going in so you’re not expecting something exclusive. You have to get up really early to get beach frontage which was something we didn’t expect since was our first trip there! The hot water tank is too small for the number of guests that the house sleeps. With multiple people trying to shower to go out for dinner, we ran out of hot water quickly and had to stagger showers to make it work. The kitchen itself was great, but the staple cookware is somewhat outdated – pots and pans with worn nonstick coating. The ocean view though is great and the house very roomy!

Family Vacation

Loved the area. Property was very nice and having the back yard added more area to enjoy when we were not directly on the beach. Centrally located to all the restaurants and shops on 30A.

A fantastic cottage!

This was one of the best vacations we have had on 30A. The adorable cottage was clean and organized and the owners were quick to respond if we had any questions at all. So convenient to our favorite restaurants and hang outs too! It was perfect for our two families and all of our kids traveling with us.
