About this property

The Muldrow House

Built in 1910, our home is known as "The Muldrow House” after its long-term residents, the Muldrows.

We are located within walking distance of the best that Historic Downtown Kennewick has to offer: shops, restaurants, bars, the farmer's market & more!

This 1,800 sq. ft. house features quality craftsmanship from the early 1900s mixed with modern conveniences. Its a great place for families, couples, or solo travelers who love old houses!

The space
Explore both levels of beautiful woodwork, antique doorknobs and light switches, hardwood floors throughout and unique architectural details.

Downstairs you'll find a comfortable living area, dining space for up to 10, a cozy master bedroom with a king size Nectar mattress and the bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub from the 1930s.

Upstairs you can log in to your streaming services on a large flat screen smart television, take a shower in the three-head shower or play some games around the table. Relax on the front porch in one of four rocking chairs and enjoy the sights and sounds of Kennewick.

The kitchen is fully-stocked with appliances, pots/pans, server-ware, etc.

Keyless access available for easy check-in.

Parking is available on a cement pad in the back yard accessible through the back alley. (No garage or carport). Plenty of street parking is also available.

Guest access
The whole house is accessible to guests except for the upstairs balcony and the owner supply area in the basement.

Other things to note
For your safety and the security of the property, we usually have outdoor security cameras installed at the front and back entrances. They do not record sound, only movement, and we will not share this footage with anyone except in emergencies.

The house is located on a main road in a sleepy part of town and is a few blocks from railroad tracks. Our double glazed windows help keep all noise to a minimum, but if you happen to be a very light sleeper a white noise machine may be helpful!

By booking The Muldrow House you are acknowledging you have read all the house rules and agree to abide by them.

Feels like home
This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I just love the home. Sarah makes it so comfy and inviting. It’s a great location close to restaurants, bars and wineries.

Amazing house!
We loved the house and most of the renovations have kept it looking like it originally would. We all enjoyed our stay and when we had questions (what things to check out while there, etc) we received prompt replies.

I love to travel both far and near with my husband and our five kids. We love to make the most of our hometown and sharing a little piece of it with everyone who visits the Muldrow House!

Why they chose this property

I used to drive by this house in high school and fell in love with it! When it became available we knew we wanted to share it with visitors to Kennewick.
