Brand new 2021 built home in heart of Washington wine country nestled at the base of Candy Mountain! Absolutely Stunning!!

Start the day sipping a fresh cup of coffee on the covered patio while enjoying the beautiful landscaping and sunlight. Located within minutes of Hanford, shopping, including many restaurants, Target, Marshalls and so much more! Enjoy a day floating or boating on the stunning Columbia, Snake or Yakima Rivers or golf on one of our 10 manicured golf courses taking in one of our 300 days of sun! Located within 50 miles of 200 amazing wineries! Spend the day wine tasting from winery to winery within minutes of this beautiful home.

This property is family owned and run by my husband and I. Our mission is to provide an incredibly comfortable and wonderful experience as your home away from home. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

Immaculately clean! 4 bedroom home, sleeps 8. . Sits on 1/3 acre, so plenty of place for the kids to roam.
Living Room: Open and sunny, with couch and 2 comfy chairs and a gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Modern, with new stainless appliances, gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, large pantry, quartz countertops, large island for entertaining with breakfast bar and plenty of cookware and dishware to service 8 people.

Laundry Room: Full size front loading Washer & Dryer (Detergent & Fabric Softener Provided). Mudroom bench off of 3 car garage.

4 Bedrooms: Feature a comfortable King size bed, 1 Queen bed and 4 Twin beds. Modern furniture. High quality Bamboo linens throughout with highly rated memory foam/gel mattresses. Owner's suite has an electric fireplace.

2 Bathrooms: 1 Hall Bath with tub/shower combo and an owners en-suite bath with walk-in shower, private water closet, huge walk-in closet and double sinks.

Entertainment: 50” 4k UHD Roku flat panel Smart TV in living room and 39" LED HD flat panel Fire Smart TV on a swivel mount in owner's suite. Also, high speed internet. Family board games, magazines and books.

In town for a family wedding at nearby Tagaris Winery. This house was perfectly situated, just minutes away. Also 3 minutes from family that lives in West Richland so we will definitely book again in the future.
