FAR better than a hotel

My family and I were in town for a baseball tournament, and as a family of 5 we preferred the idea of staying in a house as opposed to a hotel. The idea of spreading out and having our own space (not to mention multiple bathrooms) was very appealing! We found this unit to be a great value because it was on par with the hotel rates AND allowed for the comforts of home in a very clean, quiet, and comfortable environment. We wanted to save on money as well (as opposed to eating out for every meal) so we brought food from home. The kitchen had plenty of space for food prep and came well prepared. Between the rate of the unit and the ability to prepare homemade meals, I'd argue that this place was a BETTER value than hotels. We will certainly seek out this unit again in the future if we find ourselves back in Kennewick for an extended stay. The Owner was responsive, helpful, and accommodating.

Excellent Home

We were in Tri-cities for my daughter's gymnastics competition and wanted to bring our dogs with us. This home was absolutely perfect. Very well appointed and comfortable beds. Previous renter had not cleaned up after their dog in the backyard, but once I let the property manager know, there was a clean up crew there the next day. I still gave 5 stars on cleanliness due to quick and proper solution to the problem. We will be back to stay here again!
