There are also two convenience stores walking distance from the property.

Famliy fun in Cabo

Being located near Costco helped in navigating. It was also convenient for shopping there and the large general store at the corner to stock up the condo. The location itself worked out well for getting to all our activities in Cabo and along the corridor. The condo was perfect for the three couples in our family and equipped for all our needs. We appreciated it's comfort for resting and relaxing. Enjoying the view of the Arches was a pleasure to see from our balcony.

Great condo - clean + good location

Pros: VERY responsive and helpful host, great location, very clean, nicely decorated, nice layout, well stocked (cooking supplies+ cleaning supplies), next to Costco, by a few restaurants, well kept grounds, very safe. Cons: there is a massive grocery store being built in front of the condo that blocks most of the view from the pool and part of the view from the condo balcony. Was very disappointed the host wasn't more upfront about this.

Awesome view

Great view of the Pacific and the harbor opening. Fishing and leaving condo from 6:00 AM til 4:00 PM each day gave us little time to explore the amenities. But, (covered) parking is good (one car per unit) and easy access to get luggage & groceries to unit. Shopping carts at base of elevator made it very easy to lug stuff up... Adjacent to Costco and close to Walmart so easy shopping. 5 - 10 minutes to downtown depending on traffic. Decent internet. Owner very accommodating. Negative - only two bath towels per bathroom... (that I found)

Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful time on this beautiful property. Gated community only a 7-10 minute Uber ride into downtown Cabo San Lucas and close to lots of beaches. This is a VERY well stocked home. Kitchen has all you could need and more. Beautifully decorated and the beds were all very comfortable. Super close to grocery stores and walking distance to several cute restaurants and coffee shops. My only issue (and no fault of the owners) was that the people in the unit above us were up late and noisy several nights in a row. The property has rules about being quiet after 11 p.m. but I'm not sure who we would have spoken to about this issue. Other than that we were so happy with the property and will definitely be back!

Great place for a larger group

I went with a group of friends for my bachelorette weekend. The place itself was clean, spacious and in a great location with a view. I loved their infinity pool! I would recommend this to a larger family for sure!
