The building is older than shown in the photos, same with some of the facilities. Walls are thin and outside noise could be an issue so bring earplugs. The third bedroom is really a converted study area turned into a bedroom and separated by only a room divider. The pros are the location (nice area) and that the unit has all the required amenities for a long term stay (washer, kitchen).
We really enjoyed the stay at this apartment, the view is great and location is close enough to everything. Very clean and secure.
Had just a few comments and already told the property manager.
-Cable TV was out, but the main TV had internet, Netflix etc... was not that big a deal to us
-Internet signal was not strong in the master bedroom, went from weak to nothing. Suggested to the manager to procure an extender or other device to strengthen the signal.
-Kitchen not fully stocked, seems there were minimal of everything.... but I noticed this same issue at almost every apartment I looked at. Part of the aftermath of lockdowns???
-Would be nice to have at least a toaster in the kitchen, I really enjoy fresh toast with breakfast.
Again, overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment. I think most of the items mentioned above will improve over time as we all recover from these nasty times we've all endured for the past year +
