Cozy apartment with a terrace and garden in a residential neighborhood

Welcome to our lovely B&B in Draveil. A very charming 55-square-meter apartment that has been completely renovated and refreshed to welcome you in an idyllic and healthy setting.
We follow strict anti-COVID hygiene protocols. A detailed list of our measures will be posted to reassure you before and after each guest’s stay.
We’ve installed a key box, allowing you to arrive at any time that’s convenient for you.
If you’re arriving by car, please note that you’ll have a private parking spot available. Our place is located in a peaceful town, near a forest where you can go for walks or bike rides to enjoy the fresh air. The town centre is between 5 and 9 minutes away on foot. You’ll find all the shops you need there. Public transport is nearby. The Juvisy train station is a 10-minute bus ride away.
Orly Airport is a 20-minute drive from the apartment. We have a magnificent 163-hectare park equipped with workout facilities for athletes.

You have access to a cosy, furnished terrace. You can enjoy the garden, which you can see from your bedroom.
The house is equipped with an 80cm TV. The guests’ favourite spot is our 3-seater sofa—it’s so comfortable that you won’t be able to resist taking a lovely nap there.
You’ll have access to high-speed fiber-optic internet. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a microwave for those in a hurry.
For those who want to work out at home, we’ll lend and set up an elliptical machine and an exercise mat upon request. For couples or friends who’d like to play board games, we’ll provide them upon request.
Our bathroom features a spacious shower and a showerhead with three spray settings: “soft,” “delicate,” and “laser.” It’s equipped with a filter to purify the water. We’ve installed a high-performance washing machine. You’ll also have access to a dryer, an iron, and a hair dryer.
In your bedroom, you’ll find a spacious, plush, and comfortable 160x190 bed with padded pillows. Ideal for two people. You can store your belongings in the walk-in closet provided.
The view from your room overlooks the garden. From there, you can see our few tomato plants and our palm tree.
