Ideal place to observe nature and discover the Perche Sarthois. Very spacious and independent half-timbered house, located in a farmhouse (little used). Enclosed garden of 2000 m² with terrace, deckchairs and barbecue.
A few steps between each room. Living room, living room (decorative fireplace), kitchen, scullery, 3 bedrooms. each with 2 90x200 beds and shower room + private WC, separate WC. Equip. extra: flat screen, DVD player, radio/CD, tumble dryer, freezer, cot and high chair. Included: sheets (beds made), bathroom/house linen, electricity (40 kW/d.). Not included: heating. elect. Snack basket on arrival. Wireless. 10% discount on the 2nd consecutive week.

Lovely quiet location and everything we needed for our three night stay. Jaques and Yvette had thought of everything and we were welcomed with delicious homemade jams. Would definitely go back again.

We stayed at the Gate for 5 days on our trip to the Le Man's 24hr. The host met us and showed us around. It is well equipped with all essentials. Very quiet location,but easy to find. We were very pleased with the price for the 5 of us. Would recommend. Will probably book again.
