La Petite Maison, village center and beach accessible by foot
Linen Included (beds are made and towels are provided)
Coquettish 18th-century thatched cottage, view of the countryside, shops and beach on foot
"La Petite Maison" is a charming single-storey cottage, located in the centre of the delightful village of Varengeville. It is the former house of the blacksmith who cared for the horses of the post relay, now become a restaurant "l'Auberge du Relais", where one can taste an excellent selection of freshly caught fish.
It was part of an old farm, formerly called a "cour masure", with its stables and inner courtyard; "La Petite Maison" is now independent. It is nestled away from noise and prying eyes, surrounded by its charming garden, with a view of a meadow where cows graze. Facing full south, "La Petite Maison" is the ideal place to surrender to daydreaming...
In the kitchen is arranged the "Chef's gourmet corner": carefully selected cookware, chosen cookbooks, herb corner in the garden.....
The garden and the house are furnished, decorated and maintained with care by the owner who belongs to the world of gardens and textile art.

Unforgettable Stays in the Old Forge of Varengeville
Centrally located calm charming house in Varengeville, with a romantic garden and good restaurant across the street. Very good butcher, baker and small supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance. 20 minutes to the beautiful beach, which you can walk during ebb.
Very nice warm english speaking hostess. We really enjoyed the 8 days ;-)
Complimenzs also to Emilie van Roy for the perfect service!
