It has its own private, secluded garden, opposite the owner's garden on the other side of the house. The dwelling is very luminous, with numerous windows. A beautiful entrance hall opens onto the garden and leads to a large, comfortable living room, a small bedroom with 2 joinable single beds (80 x 200 cm) and a well-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) that doubles as a dining room. A corridor leads to the large bedroom (double bed 160 x 190 cm) and bathroom (bath/shower, washbasin and WC (washing machine dryer).

Several valleys lead down to the sea and Varengeville beach, with its breathtaking cliffs. At the end of the street, a 5-minute walk takes you down a steep path to the Moutiers gorge. The village centre can also be reached on foot via a lovely walk along one of the most beautiful streets in the village.
