Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, mais 3ème étage sans ascenceur et surtout un volet roulant cassé non remplacé sur une baie vitrée plein ouest... Une fournaise en cas de canicule malheureusement...
Après les petits problèmes de chauffage et d'eau chaude rapidement résolus par les services aimables et efficaces de la conciergerie tout s'est bien passé dans cet appartement spacieux,clair, propre, calme, bien équipé, à proximité de la gare, des commerces, à 5 minute à pied de la plage.
Axes de progression au niveau de la copropriété : rafraîchir les communs : cage d'escalier et façades et entretien quotidien de la cage d'escalier.
Appartement très lumineux, bien agencé et bien équipé. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la plage et proche de toutes commodités. L'accueil des gérantes est appréciable, que se soit à l'arrivée ou au départ. Je recommande fortement cette location.
