This beautiful detached stone house is located in a quiet hamlet with enclosed grounds (60 m²) and unobstructed countryside views.

Nearby: St-Paulien (aquatic center, church, etc.) 8 km away, the medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog, etc.) 16 km away, and Polignac fortress 13 km away. All shops and services are located in St-Paulien (8 km away). Ground floor: living room with fireplace and TV, separate but adjoining kitchen, toilet, and boiler room.

First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, and a shower room with toilet.

Services included:
- Baby equipment: crib and high chair. Carport.
- Firewood provided free of charge.
