The best thing about the apartment is its location. During the stay it will not be necessary to use the car or public transport. It is also a well-equipped apartment, with central air conditioning and heating and everything you need to be comfortable.
In a few minutes on foot we can reach the main tourist places of the city: Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar, Maria Luisa Park, churches, museums, etc. In addition, it is very close to the Santa Justa train station (1 km away). Simply walking through the Santa Cruz neighborhood is one of the pleasures this city offers: narrow streets, houses adorned with flowers, etc.
Cano y Cueto street, where the apartment is located, is very quiet and is close to a main avenue in the city: Menéndez and Pelayo streets. This means that the communications of the apartment are very good, even to go by private car.
The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is nicely decorated and has beds for 4 people. One bed is double in the master bedroom and the other two are 90 cm single beds in the other bedroom. The building has a shared terrace, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening.
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating. The kitchen is modern, has a fridge, fridge and washing machine, as well as kitchen utensils and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster or microwave.
In the vicinity you can find several supermarkets, as well as bars and restaurants where you can have a beer or eat at a very good price. Perhaps the best known bar is La Carbonería, as it appears in all tourist guides in the city. This bar has live performances of different types of music, as well as exhibitions of different artistic disciplines. It is a good place to end the day.
You can also find different places with flamenco shows near the apartment, as well as enjoy the Jardines de Murillo park (with large playgrounds) or simply stroll through the neighborhood streets and see the characteristic churches, palaces and houses.
Finally, if you need it, in the surroundings there are public parking with prices starting at 12 euros per day.

Near everything to do in Seville

Very clean apartment as shown in pictures. Jose was everything you should expect from an owner and was attentive to our needs and questions. Located in a small street, it is a very quiet apartment we would recommend to everyone. We would stay there again and most likely will if we do return to Seville.

We really loved this apartment. It was in a great location, was clean and had everything we needed. Jose, the owner, was very easy to get in touch with and gave us great recommendations and advice about the city. He also made it easy for us to drop our bags early at the apartment. Our only small complaint was that the bath towels were like sandpaper.

The apartment was very good, clean and secure. It has a great location such that it's really easy to walk to the main sights and restaurants. The only downside was that the bed was too firm for our liking. I would give 5 stars for the excellent help from Laura, who waited around with the keys despite us being late (sorry, again), and who was always available with excellent advice about the city and restaurants etc.

Perfect Location

The apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy the city, you can walk everywhere, and everything you need is close by, groceries, taxis when leaving to go back to transportation out of the city. There are several good restaurants very close, and it took about 7 minutes to walk to the cathedral. The apartment seemed larger than the photos, and best of all, it is very close to everything, but it is very quiet where it is located. The apartment is very clean, and has everything you need, and everything is very well maintained. Check in was very easy, and Ricardo is a wealth of knowledge, explaining the best things to see around the city. Jose was always very quick to answer any questions I had before my arrival. This is a wonderful apartment at a great price, you will be very pleased you booked it. I had to do some work while I was there, the internet is very good. I would stay here again if I were to return to Sevilla.

Good location for those visiting without a car.

Apartment could be much improved by securing loud rocking toilet, increased bed size in master bedroom, better access to top bunk bed and equipping kitchen for people who cook. Also, there is no oven and I received several bad bug bites on my face while sleeping. It is an apartment and it is noisy at times by neighbors. Traffic and parking was a terrible and stressful experience whether on the streets 2 km away or 25 Euros/day at close parking garage designed for compact cars. This apartment should not have any reference to parking in its description.

quiet, clean, modern apartment in great Sevilla location

My wife and I stayed in Jose's apartment for a week in November. We were impressed with Jose's communication throughout the process and with his friend Ricardo's helpful introduction to the apartment and to Sevilla -- as well as his accommodating our changing arrival time. The apartment itself is off the nearby busy street, and with the windows closed, was very quiet. It is located up one floor from street level; stairs only. The apartment consisted of a modern kitchen including a small sink (with sponge and dish soap), drying rack, cook top, plenty of plates, cups, glasses and utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, basic cooking ingredients (like oil, salt, pepper, sugar), and a clothes washer. We were pleased with the good quality of the pots and pans (at other apartments we've stayed at, these have tended to be quite beat-up). The living room had a nice table, couch, and some side chairs. The bathroom looked newly remodeled and was very clean (hand soap provided; no bath soap or shampoo). The apartment had two bedrooms, one with bunk beds (that we didn't use) and the master bedroom with a comfortable mattress and plenty of closet storage. The apartment had its own hot water heater as well as an easy to use temperature control system. The location was fantastic; we enjoyed walking through Barrio Santa Cruz almost every morning -- and the train and bus station were an easy 15-20 minute walk away. A MAS Supermarket was conveniently just down the street, and a sizable ALDI was on the route back from Santa Justa train station. We would love to stay in Jose's apartment during our next visit to Sevilla.

Not the best if u have luggage and need someone to hold it

Great location but be aware your phone must be charged to open the door every time ! Also they only left one roll of toilet paper for 4 guests. Didn’t get more till hours later ! We wanted to leave our bags behind but had to take a cab to the offices not convenient if you are a larger party and have baggage ..... I guess we are more used to hotels or someone to help us. This is a management company so there is no warmth with the staff sadly :((

Great little place needs attention

This was a nice roomy apt in a fantastic location. It suffered from some neglect of routine maintenance, such as several light bulbs burned out, tv remote did not work and hooks in bathroom were loose on the wall. Most concerning is that upon arrival we were supposed to access an electronic key using the apartments WiFi only it didn’t work. We called manager/ owner who came right over. But we waited standing in the street till she arrived. Luckily it was up and running 3 days later.

Great location!

This apartment was a nice place to stay although the description seems to be updated. It did not appear to be family run but instead run by a realty group. That shouldn’t make a difference but the check-in process was very challenging. We arrived early so asked to store luggage onsite and we were able to do that. Greatly appreciated! We explored the city and returned at 2 pm for check-in only to be told it was not cleaned yet ( very nicely though when we worked with Angela who was very helpful since Rosalia was not in the office). We did more sightseeing and returned around 6 pm expecting someone to meet us at the apartment to show us around but instead we’re told we need to download an app (StayMyWay) to use as our key to the apartment and we should just go there on our own. The address in the listing does not have the address number (27) nor the apartment number (2nd floor) so taxi driver did not know where to drop us off either and we just had to keep trying the door open on the app for each apartment before one worked ! Only thing that helped us with the building address was the app I downloaded. What if phone did not have enough battery?!?! Overall apartment was what is described although the mattresses were like sleeping on a board or the floor. Needs updating. The shower is very difficult to step in and out of so if you struggle with climbing in and out of a slippery surface beware! Again the location of apartment was excellent though. Walking distance to a lot of the many beautiful historic sights.

I'm torn; there are pros and cons

First, the pros: the apartment is centrally located. Walk out the front door, turn left and there's a quaint neighborhood bar in your line of sight. Turn right and take an immediate right and you're in the heart of bars, restaurants and shopping. You're also close to small grocery stores, pharmacies etc. The apartment is laid out great, i.e. separate bedroom and bath with the ability to close off the kitchen and sitting area from the BR. The cons: When we arrived it was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned - we called and someone was there within two hours to clean it and the fridge (which was also not cleaned). Overall the apartment needs a deep cleaning - in every room; especially the bath and closets. Another note: it would be helpful if the checkin instructions were a bit more detailed, i.e even though we were on floor #1, it's actually the second floor in Europe.

Great location. Very spacious. Everything of interest within a 5 to 30 minute walk (including train & both bus stations). Very near many restaurants & tapas bars. Located on a narrow, quiet side street. Sounds can echo & be loud if the windows are open. Always quiet with the windows closed. The keyless entry using cell phone & WiFi worked well for us. We did observe small ants & reported to the management. Hopefully it has been resolved.

Très bien située. Près de tous les lieux intéressants à visiter. Pour l accueil, on aurait tellement préféré la présence de qq un au lieu de cette application que nous n avions pas. Donc 4h à attendre avec les valises. L appartement très bien d apparence, mais cuisine tout juste propre, et peu d ustensiles pour cuisiner. Le lit superposé trop difficile d accès, on a dû mettre le matelas parterre. Vraiment dommage, car les avis précédents avec la gentillesse de Ricardo ne sont plus valables. Tout à changé. C'est la première fois que je suis un peu déçue avec mes amis d un abrite ça a tjs été impeccable. C'est un peu regrettable car la situation de cette location est idéale et Séville vaut vraiment le détour.

This apartment is located at short walking distance to Alhambra, Cathédrale and Plaça Espagna. There are plenty restaurants and cafe closed by. We didn’t cook and choose to eat outside given the amazing choices of restaurant at reasonable price. Was just perfect for us!

Der ideale Ausgangsort, um Sevilla zu Fuss zu erkunden.

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Man ist sofort im Centrum. Zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind es nur wenige Minuten. Trotzdem ist die kleine Nebenstrasse ruhig und erst nach ca. 150 Metern ist man "mittendrin". Restaurants, nette Geschäfte, Supermarkt alles in kurzer Entfernung. Wir wurden von Akemi herzlich empfangen und die ganze Zeit betreut. Das heisst, dass sie immer für uns ansprechbar war und uns ständig neue Infos und Tips für Aktionen gab. Was will man mehr! Wir können ihr hier nur nochmal ein großes Lob aussprechen. Muchas Gracias!

Ideale Lage zu den kulturellen Highlights

Akemi begrüßte uns freundlich und erklärte uns anhand des Stadtplans, wo die interessantesten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden sind. Kathedrale, Alcazar, Torre de Oro, Plaza de Espana, und vieles mehr sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt, der Supermarkt MAS kann in 6 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wer nicht mehr ganz jung ist, hat vielleicht mit dem Doppelbett Probleme, da es sehr hart ist. Ansonsten kann man diese Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub in Sevilla empfehlen.

Sehr wohnlich und ruhig, und mit allem was es braucht

Am Rand vom Barrio Santa Cruz, und doch mittendrin. Die Lage war für mich ideal, 25 Minuten Fuß-Weg ins Zentrum. Und auf dem Weg dahin durch schöne Gassen, an den verschiedensten Restaurants vorbei. So kann man entdecken und sich wohlfühlen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für mehrere Personen. Die Betreuung war aufmerksam, speditiv und freundlich.
