Beautifully renovated, comfortable 157 m² cottage with a large garden, located in a quiet hamlet about 15 km from Épinal. The area is ideal for gentle walks along the Canal de l'Est (4 km). You can reach Lake Bouzey in just a few minutes. Groceries and a doctor are 4 km away. Bread can be delivered upon request. The cottage is attached to an apartment in a renovated farmhouse. It has a separate entrance. Ground floor and first floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with a 90x190 cm bed and two 90x190 cm bunk beds. Living room, kitchenette, relaxation area. 2 shower rooms. 2 toilets. Electric heating. Enclosed garden with high fencing. Swing set. Utilities included. A few chickens roam the neighboring fenced property. Pets are welcome for an additional €5 per pet per night. Pets must be kept on a leash.
