Welcome to our “ Time Out ” A Frame cabin. Located in the private gated community of Pine Mountain Lake just 25 Miles from Yosemite’s entrance. Completely remodeled in 2019 this modern A frame is the place to bring your family and friends to unwind and enjoy some fresh mountain air. Completely equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation and conveniently located near restaurants, groceries and more.

This modern A frame cabin has three bedrooms and two baths. On the main level you will find the Master with a California King bed and second bedroom with Queen Bed and Smart TV. Upstairs has three Full beds, a Smart TV, and game console with plenty of selections to keep the kids happy while you unwind.

Stunning living area with views, enjoy the beautiful Cedar and Oak covered lot while relaxing in the surroundings. The kitchen stocked with all of the basic needs. Enjoy your favorite streaming music with the bluetooth soundbar or settle in for a movie on the Smart TV. Dining table for 8 and easy access to the deck.

An expansive deck provides a relaxing place to watch abundant wildlife and recount the day's events. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking.

Each room is equipped with new ductless mini split heating and cooling with individual controls to ensure that everyone is comfortable in any season. The wood burning stove is perfect for those cozy evenings by the fire.

Each bed has a new memory foam mattress, luxury sheets and pillows so that you can get the rest you deserve.

High Speed WiFi is Free and Google WiFi ensures a clean signal in every room.

Teenagers and adults alike will enjoy the finished basement complete with Pool Table, electronic dart board, cornhole set and Smart TV.

Laundry, Gas Grill and basic necessities are all available to you as you have use of the entire home while you stay.

Groveland has a variety of amenities including restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a well stocked grocery store. Pine Mountain Lake has an 18 hole championship golf course, private lake, beaches,horseback riding, pool, and tennis.

Note: There is a guest entrance fee of $ 30 per car charged at the gate by Pine Mountain Lake. This one time fee allows you to enjoy the amenities within the Private Pine Mountain Lake Community. All Pine Mountain Lake guests are charged this fee for all homes in the community. Cash and Credit is accepted.

Wonderful Cabin!

This lovely A-Frame Cabin is located on a quiet street, lined with tall trees and plenty of space between neighbors…there is a wonderful, heated spa set near the house - just a few steps outside. We sat in spa, sipped wine and watched deer/and wild turkeys nearby and listened to the wind in the trees. What a beautiful sight. The inside of this cabin is just as described. The upstairs has three large beds which my grandchildren just loved…all beds in house were just yummy with comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. There is everything you will need inside …including washing detergent which was a plus! We just loved the house managers…they were very communicative and they made our vacation a 5 star! We will definitely be staying here again during our travels to Groveland and Yosemite.

Groveland getaway.

We had a great time. The house was great. The location was awesome. I wish you had beach towels and a cooler to use. Didnt want to ruin your white towels. Will tell others about the house. Thank you for your hospiality.

Perfect for Family

“Time Out” is a perfect stay for a family. Tastefully decorated with plenty of room for all. The beds were amazingly comfortable. If cooking is in your plans, don’t worry, the kitchen has what you need. The downstairs room with pool table was a extra bonus.

We love the mountains but don't discriminate against beaches, our travels have taken us to many great places across the US, including AK and HI of Course!! Internationally we have been fortunate to visit Canada, the Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand, Kazakhstan ( Yes I really went there) and Azerbaijan.
