We’re the Coral Crab because we used to live in Baltimore, MD! We fell in love with Cape Coral when traveling for work because it’s a water wonderland.

The house is most suited for 6 or less guests with 3 private bedrooms, but can accommodate up to 10 if you are close and can share 2 bathrooms. There are only 3 beds, and additional sleeping is on the sectional sleeper in the 4th bedroom which is setup as a second living area and you walk through on your way to the master. There are 2 air-mattresses which can be setup in this room in addition to the sectional sleeper.

Upon arriving you will:

The locks are smart locks so you can check in late and don’t have to share keys with a group. Enter the home through a secure entryway leading to breathtaking courtyard pool entrance & overhead screened lanai!. Covered walkway & eating area with sliders and french doors opening to kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as private master entrance. The pool can be seen from every room in the house.

Upon coming into the living room you will enjoy the large open concept spanning from the dining area through the large modern kitchen and all the way through the outdoor lanai with palm trees all around. The living room has high ceilings and natural light coming from the many windows and glass doors, an accent wall with new Smart Roku TV. Our high speed wifi allows you to stream on your internet accounts or use the XFinity Stream app to watch cable. The white leather sectional is the perfect spot to watch the sun go from the back of the room until the sun sets over the palm trees in the front of the room.

The kitchen has a pantry fit for preparing for a feast or the apocalypse, with laundry inside (no folding in a smelly garage) and we provide you with some laundry detergent. All the appliances are new, and coastal dinnerware to match. There is a set of reusable plastic wares for poolside dinner or drinks, or for a beach picnic! If you decide to eat inside theres a dining area just off the kitchen with cozy pool views.

From the living room there is a hallway leading to all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bathroom is tastefully tropical and clean, with an oversize vanity and mirror and large tub or shower. Our cleaning service provides you with all the essentials you need to enjoy your Florida stay coming with travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner and more.

Next you will find a comfortable guest bedroom with a new queen bed and ample pillows and Coastal Home sheets, pillowcases and breathable Coastal Home comforter. There are outlets on both sides of the bed and a great panoramic canal view and a spacious closet.

Next is the other guest bedroom with a queen bed and two large canal view windows creating a serene environment and is a great room for extra guests. This room is our next work in progress so there’s just a bed and you walk through it to get to the master. So it’s a great room for young children. There’s more than enough clothes storage in the master to share. We hope to make this into more of a sitting area soon with a sleeper sofa and another TV, but we’re not there yet. Come into the master through either your private poolside entrance or through the second guest bedroom and be greeted by luxury. The master like the rest of the house is extremely spacious with two windows on either side of the bed to allow you to see the canal and a panoramic view of the pool. The ambiance of the pool at night with the flickering glow calms you to sleep with a full set of soft white pillows and sheets with a fluffy breathable comforter. Beyond the master bedroom is large ensuite bathroom with lots of storage and counter space for getting ready, comfortable standup shower and separate toilet closet.

Past the master bathroom is an outstanding walk/run/dance in closet! It is marvelous with a center island for laying outfits and accessories, shoe carousels in the corners and hanging bars throughout you will need to charter a separate plane to fit all your luggage to even attempt to fill this closet. It is the closet you deserve!

But enough about the house already, you came to Cape Coral to be outside! Step out of the living room to the oversize tiled deck with vaulted screened lanai and watch boats buzz up and down the canal. There are steps leading to the boat dock where there is a 10,000lb lift. Bring your boat, or ask us about having a rental for your vacation! You must ask us before bringing your own boat. The area by the sea wall is very shallow but the lift has decent depth. You must provide proof of insurance and know how to operate a lift.

The landscape is professionally maintained and you will enjoy a nice variety of palms and tropical plants around the property. There is 80' of seawall out back and a large front yard for activities.
