At the source of the name Carmichael, Carmichael Estate is Scotland's oldest family farming business. East Twin is one of two Twin cottages, once used as housing for estate employees. It is a 200 plus year old stone listed building full of rustic character.

On the first floor, East Twin has a large sitting/ dining room with an open fireplace, we provide a starter pack of logs and coal to get you started with cosy warmth. The bathroom consists of a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen next door should have everything you need. There is a porch room at the front door for welly and coat storage.

All of the bedrooms are upstairs they consist of a Queen room, a twin room and a single room.

You have views of Tinto hill through the trees to the South and our farm deer fields behind the cottage to the North. Wild Roe deer roam the estate freely.

Wild life in abundance, walks and adventure right from your door, for all the family including the dog!
