About this property

Our Bayside Paradise can be yours too.....

Located in a gated community on the Back Bay about two blocks from the beach, our cottage is newly renovated and ready for your vacation getaway. Enjoy wonderful views of the bay and sunsets from the back deck after a long day soaking up the warm sun and sand at the beach or fishing from your own private dock and community boat slip. Play tennis at the courts located on site, enjoy the pool directly across from the cottage or the pool located at the main club house as well as take a bike ride through one of the nature trails in the Back Bay wildlife refuge or our own community. Pool hours are 10a-8p daily.

Our cottage offers one bedroom with a queen size memory foam pillow top mattress, Queen Size sofa bed in living room, and two recliners looking at a ROKU Smart TV with cable and internet available complimented by our blue tooth speaker. Kitchen dining combo as well as a six seater outdoor table. Full size bathtub shower combo within the cottage as well as a bath house and laundry facility just across the lane.

In addition to two bikes , two kayaks, two fishing poles, two beach chairs, and corn hole boards , we stock enough basic necessities that you can arrive knowing you have basic toiletries, coffee, creamer, paper towels(1), toilet paper(1), trash bag, and dish soap to get you settled. Please bring additional for extended stay.

Sheets and bath towels are provided. Kitchen hand towel, bath hand towel, comforters, and pillows are provided on site as well. ***Please bring your own beach towels.***

No matter whether you spend the day out and about enjoying the amenities or just stay at the cottage and relax, we hope you enjoy Bayside Paradise part of Surfside at Sandbridge / Outdoor RV Resorts as much as we do!

-please make sure kayaks are secured ** if applicable -bikes returned where found -leave keys and gate pass on the hooks by the door and door unlocked - sign guest book - text me when you leave.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! It had everything we needed and even more. The view from the deck on the bay is marvellous and we enjoyed the time in Sandbridge very much! Megan is a very nice and friendly host and answers quickly each question. We would live to come back and definitively recommend this house!

We loved staying at Bayside Paradise again for it's comfort, morning coffee and sunsets on the dock, easy access to the Wildlife Reserve and State Park and peaceful ambience. Megan was very helpful and responsive to requests, and the cottage was a delight. We would definitely recommend it to others and we will return.

It was a really nice place to stay in Sandbridge. The walk from rental to beach was not for the faint of heart. Not too long but in the heat and carrying lots of gear it can be a bit daunting. Other than that it was a super nice place to hang.

A Peaceful Stay

The cottage is in a perfect location, very quiet and safe, plus the setting was lovely. We biked a lot in the refuge and state park beyond and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would stay there again.

Perfect location with beautiful sunsets!

We were very happy with our stay. The bed along with pull out sofa were very comfortable and property was very well kept along with lots of cute touches to make it feel like home. We will definitely be back when we visit Sandbridge again!

Lovely place

Great place for a family vacation! The pool is right across the street so nice and convenient. My kids especially love fishing from the dock. Check in and check out was easy and the owners were friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

This was the most beautifully decorated little cottage that offered so much. We enjoyed coffee on the dock each morning and kayaking and fishing in the evening. The location on the inlet was beautiful and the distance to the beach was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone. I look forward to visiting it again.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay in Sanbridge for our family vacation. Cottage had everything we needed and more. Location is great - very quiet neighborhood. We tried everything - kayaks, bikes, games, tennis, pool, etc. Check-in process was very easy. Megan was available to answer all our questions. Will definitely look to stay here again!

What a lovely rental! Everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation was available. Location is terrific. Close to the public beach access. Kayaking and fishing in the bay any time we chose was awesome. Rental was more comfortable and roomier than expected for the two of us.

Great place!

Megan and James made some great upgrades and added small, much appreciated details. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out in the bay for a sunset and rode the bikes to the beach and back bay. The toiletries and other immediate necessities were great so we didn’t have to rush out when we got there or pack extra in the car. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway on the bay!

We can't say enough great things about our stay at the cottage. James and Megan made sure everything was good with us from the start. Being able to wake each day and enjoy the water and dock right outside the door was amazing, and with the beach just down the road, it made for a trip the kids loved. Th cottage was very clean and organized, the porch a perfect place to hang out, and the welcome candy was a nice touch (and the coffee pods/creamers made life easy for the adults). Will definitely stay again in the future!

Great getaway

Delighted to spend time at this property! Truly a gem, located right on the bay & close to the beach. This was my 2nd visit & I plan to return. Easy to enjoy sunrises at the beach & beautiful sunsets over the bay. We enjoyed meals on the deck overlooking the bay. So relaxing. Bonus of kayaks & bikes. Close to Natl Wildlife Preserve. Cottage on the water

An excellent property in a friendly neighbourhood with owners who clearly care for the cottage and the stay exprience of their guests. Everything was as described, an easy contactless arrival and departure yet Megan was always just a quick text message away if needed. My favourite part was having a morning coffee on the deck with the water lapping just a few feet away. Loved the extras like access to kayaks and bikes, sun loungers, and great wifi. We'd return in a heart beat.

A bit misleading description but nice place afterall.

I and my friend had a good time there in spite of the surprise when getting to the entrance gate and seeing the sign - RV park. I would think that a little better description of the place and may be a couple pictures would be helpful. This little cottage was really a trailer on the grounds. But the view and the deck were exactly as described and the trailer was quite comfortable as well. I just think it should be mentioned in description that location of the "cottage" is really in the trailer park.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had such a great time staying at this bay-side bungalow! It was perfect for our family of three and our daughters first trip to the beach. It might be a small place, but it definitely doesn't feel like it. Bright, clean, and what appears to be newly redone. If you have a young child coming with you, a pack and play will fit comfortably next to the bed in the little closet area. We were able to use the beach chairs and went out on the kayaks. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. Being so close to the second pool and laundry was an added bonus. The community is gated, so it also felt very safe and prevented others from our group staying in another house from popping in unexpectedly :D. The host's hospitality was amazing, very communicative, and clear instructions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Exceeded our expectations

Highly recommend this rental. The area is beautiful, quiet and little to no traffic. We arrived and were able to check in with zero problems. Cottage was adorable. Perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed is AMAZING! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and fishing on our own personal dock. Beach was a short stroll away as was some amazing restaurants. Most relazing vacation we have had in a very long time. Everything you could want or need is either in the cottage or a few miles away. Megan is the best! She was always a text away with recommendations for romantic dinners and even attempted to save the day in a hairspray emergency! LOL. We will definitely be returning.
