It was great for our family vacation! Just a short walk to the beach, comfortable house. Parking was a little tight but otherwise a nice place to stay!

The location of this property was great. What a nice, quiet community. The place was decorated very cute and we love that it was pet friendly. We found an excellent bar and grille just a short walk away. The property management company was friendly and easy to deal with. Will visit again!

Great place!

The location is amazing and the balcony and covered patio were lovely spaces to lounge and listen to the ocean. The outdoor shower was so perfect—very necessary! The home seems like it is getting older and has seen a lot of wear, but it was pretty clean.

This is an okay property. Very dated and could use an interior paint job, amongst other updates . The oceanfront location is the key feature. This place had 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll paper rolls. Did not even have salt & pepper so be prepared to buy everything if you plan to cook

Thank you for the feedback! We actually have the home scheduled for interior painting this Spring before the season starts. We always supply the first round of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Dishwashing Detergent, Dish Liquid etc. We send this out to all of the guests prior to arrival so they can be prepared for their stay. We are so sorry you felt the home was dates. We just replaced all of the comforters there as well. :)

Perfect Beach Experience

Property was as described, just feet from private beach access. Morning sunrises you can see from the main living area window or step outside on the deck for an even better view. We watched dolphins and pelicans every day from the beach facing deck, flew kites and watched an incredible kite surfing duo put on quite a show one evening right at the beach in front of the property. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house had a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and even a crockpot. I would highly recommend this property and location to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Our stay was fantastic- this house location is perfect. It's somehow on a stretch of beach that's wonderfully open. There were always groups to the north and south of us but we never felt like we were set up too close to anyone else on the beach. It was easy access to the beach through a path on the dunes, and also easy to keep the house sand-free by using the convenient outdoor shower. The house was comfortable for our group of 5, with plenty of space to spread out inside and out. The ocean view is gorgeous from the outside deck, the main living area, and from the ocean front bedrooms (what a beautiful sunrise over the ocean!) Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay and we'd return in a heartbeat!
