This well decorated, mountain themed one bedroom plus loft condominium is located near the pool/spa area and parking. This unit can sleep 5.

The living room is open and spacious with a balcony, a 40" flat screen TV and a DVD/VCR player. A half bath is located on this level. The kitchen has a balcony that steps outside for easy access to the parking area. The loft is decorated with wood accents and warm colors and has a semi-private master bedroom with a balcony, a queen bed, a 32" flat screen TV and a DVD/VCR player. A separate sleeping area in the loft has 3 twin beds (1 bunk and 1 separate twin) and a 25" TV. A full bath is located on this level.

This condominium offers complimentary wireless internet access. The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of the units. Thank you for observing this strictly enforced policy!

Lock has been finicky for years in all the time I have rented this unit, but never fixed. Kitchen and bath are clean and the electronics work well though.Couldn't get bulb replaced for the only in ceiling light fixture in the master shower /bathroom and stopper in sink did not work to prevent my contacts from being washed down the pipes.

Unit 23 never disappoints with its reliable heating system which you can activate from bedside. Many of the units in Sierra Park Villa suit our needs. Location is within walking distance of several types of good restaurants. Only 1 hiccup this trip pertaining to the property, NOT the unit: one of the two, large, kidney shaped hot tubs was closed the entire three nights stay. Covid-19-safe capacity in the sole working tub caused us to miss using it one night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time staying at a Sierra Park Villas. We have been quite pleased with each one we have stayed at. Speaking of this particular condo, everything needed was there. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and even though they advise to bring extra blankets, the blankets provided were enough.There was plenty of hot water, the appliances that were used worked well.Picking up the keys was very easy. Actually, the condo was ready ahead of time, so got the keys early. Did not have to rush back from Tamerack to pick up the keys.This condo is a short walk to the bus stop, which is quite convenient.It was very quiet, despite being just around the corner from a main road.The only complain, well, really suggestion, was to have a small heater upstairs, for the bathroom. The only heat comes from two wall heaters downstairs (plus a wood burning stove which was not used). The bathroom is just plain cold, and it makes one pause to decide if one really has to use the toilet, as it is a chilling experience.This was in January. The summer months might be totally different.
