Juniper Springs Resort is one of the most sought-after locations to stay in Mammoth Lakes! It's a family friendly location with great amenities and is ski-in/ski-out! This location offers the opportunity to have the vacation of a lifetime!

This updated property has a warm and cozy feel upon entering the front door. It is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates 4 people. The open living area offers a comfortable space with gorgeous mountain views. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa couch, an ambient gas fireplace, dining area, and updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for cooking a delicious meal.

The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with closet space and dresser for ample clothing storage. The bathroom is located directly outside of the bedroom and is shared with the common living area. The tub/shower has been updated with marble tile and a granite countertop vanity.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

This is the best place to spend your holiday in Mammoth Lakes! You will have a blast!

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at the Village. There is a year-round heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, in-building laundry room with coin-machine, gym, ski locker, and secure garage parking.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle. There is paid overflow parking in the parking lot across the street from the Village and in summer months there is limited street parking available.

Beautiful condo in great location. Had to contact manager for a new hair dryer and it was immediately sent over. Everything was easy and comfortable. Only issue- after a hard day of hiking, hot tubs didn’t work any of the 3 nights there. But otherwise, fantastic experience.

Came up for the long weekend and to be able to hike as Mammoth was still covered in snow above 8000 feet in June when we came up with family. Hubby and I had a great time and thought the condo met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for myself and my daughter. Easy walking distance to Eagle Lodge, enough space for the 2 of us and the lodge amenities were great. The reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the bed was so uncomfortable both my daughter and I slept horrible. It's 2 twin beds put together which is fine but there is a memory foam on top of the mattress and it was hard as a rock!! once you found your spot it would very slowly sink but every time you moved throughout the night your new spot would still be so hard. A new mattress or softer foam top is absolutely necessary.

Came to get a break from the heat - but no air conditioning

The property itself looks nothing like the lovely pictures. The building is tired inside and out. The pool was over-chlorinated and due to the heat was too warm. On the other hand the jacuzzi was not hot enough. We came to get out of the heat in L.A. and Mammoth was generally somewhat cooler, but still warm. The, communal spaces and the room in particular were poorly ventilated and did not have air conditioning. When I spoke to property manager, and said that this fact should be disclosed for summer listings, he acted surprised that anyone would make such a complaint, stating that it is a ski resort and only the Westin has air conditioning. This is false. Mammoth has long been hot in the summer, and has long been a summer destination. Second, even the Shilo Inn has air conditioning. He did offer to refund our last two nights, but we opted to stick it out. No matter where you book in Mammoth in the summer, especially now that the climate is warmer, be sure to ask about air conditioning. Don't be fooled, Mammoth Vacation Rentals Inc, is not a "premier host." We still had fun in Mammoth but Mammoth Vacation Rentals Inc contributed little to our experience.

Positives: - next to Eagle Lodge. You just walk 50m - Gear Locker (locks can be finicky)- Very Responsive Host. Had to contact 2x and they fixed/answered my situation fast- Clean, but dated and not sterile (see negatives)- decently stocked kitchen- covered parking. Great when snow hitsNegatives- Rather Small. Just me and my 18yo daughter. With pullout couch open, not much extra room to relax- Dated and a bit wobbly / worn stuff. Curtain fell on our head when arriving. No big deal but still. - Lots of pots but no frying pan. - The closet was full of fans and other stuff we didn’t need and left disorganized. Wasn’t clear if the spare blankets for the pullout had been cleaned, they weren’t folded neatly but rather stuffed on the closet shelf. Overall was a fine stay. For the peak price, could have been a bit better but we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend.

The location first of all is beautiful situated next to a ski lift and the mountains, the unit we stayed in was very clean, lots of upgrades, great amenities, located close to the lakes, shops, village. Small cozy condo near amenities

This is a small condo with limited view of the mountains. Well located with ski in ski out, biking and hiking trails out the front or back door, nice pool area, and close to town. Comfortable king bed. If you are a big person you may want to stay elsewhere as all the spaces are very small. I am tiny and it was tight.
