We LOVED our stay! We’ve stayed at Janice’s place before and will be back again! The deck is incredible for morning tea/coffee or to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The home is so cozy, quiet and just perfect for us! Thank you for having us!
NIice place to stay . Five of us and two dogs . Plenty of room great neighborhood . Do your grocery shopping before you get there . one little store in town is pricey
Great property near everything in Graeagle. Easy access to town, golfing and all recreation. House was very clean and comfy. 3rd bedroom os a bit hard to find as it is located by seperate door under main house. But this provides a great spot for kids to hang out, play pool and give space and quiet if you wanted some seperation.
This property is centered amongst beautiful pines and is a one minute drive to the beautiful Mill pond. The hiking trails in this area rate from easy to hard… This place has something for everybody. This vacation we spent most of our time down by Millpond. It was just a perfect place to hang out with our senior dog. This house is pet friendly and that meant a lot to me. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean…… I really enjoyed staying in the house with a large deck
We love this house and have stayed before. It is in a great location and very comfortable. The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet. So easy to get a good nights sleep. This is a great place to make base camp for hikes, lakes, craft faire, shopping in town. Thanks for everything!! Bonus that we can bring our little dog.
We hope to come back.

Kind and responsive hosts!
Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and kind. The deck was beautiful for sitting outside for morning coffee, dinner, or stargazing. We enjoyed going downstairs and using the pool table, however we would not feel comfortable using the beds down there as it was quite dirty from years of use. The location is very convenient to get to the Graegle market, shops, and Frostee.
Stayed here for a wedding. Beautiful place and area. The cabin has a nice layout and was comfortable for us. My daughter loved the downstairs game room. The deck was perfect to relax in the evening and bbq. We had a good experience. We contacted the property manager and she was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay; it was busy, but also relaxing. The house is probably a “founding father” in the neighborhood, but wears the title with dignity. The interior is a virtual historical art museum and has loads of character. Be sure to walk around the neighborhood and walk the dirt roads that extend off of Navajo Trail and Iroquois Trail. The latter can be a loop trail back to the picnic area in the neighborhood. This property is a great home base for a Graeagle vacation.

Its not how it appears
Property was clean but very musty inside. The photos showed a lovely exterior with a lawn. Reality was a run down exterior no grass and furnishings that should habe been replaced decades ago. Sadly for the price we paid we feel the rental did not deliver.

Anniversary
Wonderful, everything needed was there. The surronding grounds were very peaceful. Relax environment. The manager Wendy responded quickly to a minor concern. We want to return their next year. It made our anniversary perfect. The owner Lloyd has touched my heart. I enjoyed the few phone calls. He gave us great information, to help enjoy our stay.
Nice house, although a bit rustic and dated. No wi-fi. Close to “town”.. The room located downstairs has a separate entrance thru the “garage”. Overall a nice house There was only 2 of us so the downstairs being separate wasn’t an issue. The deck was big and we enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning and evenings when it was cooler.

Mountain get away
Front left burner on stove did not work. Keurig did not work. Downstairs twin bed broken. Those are the negatives.
Positives-quiet, lots of good places to walk, gorgeous scenery and great place to just sit back and enjoy.
The location of the house is great and there was ample room for 4 adults. The 2nd bathroom in the basement was a tad inconvenient, but we used in when we were rushing to get ready for a wedding. The house stayed really cool on the hottest days due to its shady location, so no AC needed. We wish the beds were a bit more comfortable and the downstairs VCR worked, but loved the pool table! Overall, an easy, seemless process getting in and out. Never did find the blow dryer though, so bring your own.
