Here, everything invites you to relax and recharge, but also to enjoy more invigorating moments with walks, swimming, or hikes along the Creuse River. The gîte's highlights include a river 500 meters from the property, ideal for fishing or simply daydreaming by the water, and a children's play area with a swing set and board games for fun family evenings. The welcoming living area combines a functional kitchen (gas stove: 3 gas burners and 1 electric burner), a bright dining area, and a cozy lounge with an inset fireplace, perfect for winter evenings.

On the bedroom side, the house includes two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (120 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), ideal for accommodating family or friends.

You will have a shower room and separate toilet for added convenience.

Electric heating is charged according to consumption, while firewood for the fireplace is provided, for cozy moments by the fire.

Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden bordered by laurel trees, a private plot of land, and on-site parking for your peace of mind.
