Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Creuse Valley, in the Painters' Valley, a region rich in art and history, the Gîte des Aulnaies welcomes you just 8 km from the beaches of Lake Éguzon, a true oasis of relaxation and leisure. A stone's throw from Gargilesse-Dampierre, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, this accommodation is the perfect place to recharge with family or friends. Between games of pétanque in the shade of the trees and outdoor children's games, everything is in place for a friendly and authentic stay in an exceptional natural setting. Located in a quiet spot on the edge of the village at the end of a cul-de-sac, this house offers a peaceful setting with a shaded garden ideal for relaxation.

On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room (3-burner gas hob and 1 electric hob), a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a second spacious bedroom has two double beds.
Heating is electric (charged according to consumption).
Private parking is available on site.

Une maison simple et un peu rustique mais située dans un jardin très agréable et un petit village très calme. La proximité du lac d'Eguzon pour les activités nautiques et de multiples curiosités touristiques permettent de passer une bonne semaine en famille.
