In Berry, in a village with all amenities, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, and 10 minutes from the Bellebouche site (swimming and water sports), the Haute-Touche Wildlife Park, the Park Visitor Center, and the Château d'Azay-le-Ferron. Spacious house with garage and enclosed courtyard (garden furniture and barbecue).
Ground floor: entrance (library) - small sitting area - dining/living room with fireplace - 1 bedroom (1 double bed) - kitchen - bathroom - toilet - hallway.
Upstairs: landing with sitting area, 1 bedroom (3 single beds), toilet, and shower room.
Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish) €45
Single and double bed sheets €15 each
Towels €10 per person
Oil heating, flat rate of €10 per day
