Ponds nearby (150 meters) where you can observe all kinds of ducks and other waders. This charming little semi-detached Berry-style house with its gazebo and private enclosed garden will win you over.

Ground floor: living room/lounge area/fitted kitchen (TV, digital terrestrial television, fireplace with insert, washing machine and dishwasher) - shower room (large shower, sink).

Upstairs: toilet - 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed).

Electric heating (billed according to consumption).

Private carport and bicycle storage.
