Very spacious for a 3-flat. Excellent styling, GREAT sheets, and even a few fridge/pantry items in the kitchen to get you started after a long trip. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained apartment with a parking spot. Location was great for sightseeing in Chicago. Would stay again. Could hear renters upstairs walking around due to some squeaking in the floorboards but that cannot be helped in an older building and the floors were beautiful. Air conditioning worked well.

We had a great stay here- Close to everything we wanted to do and the off street parking is a huge plus! Communication with the Joan was very fast and easy when we had questions. Tons of space, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment is beautiful. Keeping this one on our stay again list as it has the Bang for our Buck!

Listing was exactly as described. Spacious, very nice kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. Nice neighborhood and walking distance to mass transit, restaurants, Lake Michigan, and delis/groceries.This is where I will stay the next time I come to Chicago!

Great location!

Right around the corner from the Riviera and Aragon theaters as well as the Green Mill. Short walk to great shopping and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean.
