Located on the 3rd floor with an lift (accessible to people with disabilities), in a new, secure private residence featuring a heated pool (open during the summer), a fitness centre, and a sauna* (unlimited access), pool table (for a fee), you’ll be charmed by the comfort, tranquility, location, and numerous amenities of this cosy retreat.
You also have a free private parking space in the residence’s underground garage with direct access to the apartment, as well as a private storage room where you can safely store your mountain gear (skis, sleighs, snowshoes, etc.).
From the balcony, you’ll be captivated by the unobstructed view of the Fiz mountain range.
Located 500 m from shops (bakery, equipment rental, etc.) and 900 m from city centre, you can reach the Bettex gondola station in 5 minutes via free shuttles or by car (free parking at the base of the gondola station).
This cosy apartment features an entryway with storage, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, fondue set, raclette/crepe/grill set, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and citrus juicer), opening onto a cosy living room furnished with a Rapido-style sofa bed featuring a full-size 160x200 bed and a memory foam mattress.
The two cosy bedrooms each have their own bathroom and storage space. On the ground floor, the bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people (2 90x100 bunk beds and 1 double bed). On the mezzanine, there is a double bed and a large closet.
To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a wide range of amenities: washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, steam mop, hair dryer, cot, changing pad, high chair, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, and more.
And to make your evenings more enjoyable, you can choose from magazines, books, board games, and a flat-screen TV. You have access to free Wi-Fi.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in your rental. COVID-19 disinfection protocols are followed, and hand sanitiser is available.

As one of the last rack-and-pinion trains in France, the Mont-Blanc Tramway is your best mode of transport: in winter, it will take you to the Prarion-Bellevue ski area, and once summer arrives, you can reach the Bionnassay Glacier, from which experienced mountaineers can attempt the legendary ascent of Mont Blanc.
