This cottage is located in the village of Perla Marina. residential area on the sea with exclusive access only to owners or residents of the villas. It is certainly the most beautiful and quiet area of the entire coastline of Pula, wide beach with white sand, clear sea that, given the location is not subject to the presence of algae. Location ideal for a family with children. Communion is spread over seven parallel avenues that all go to the sea, with a single access from the S. S. 195 at km 40.000 closed by an electric gate. At short distances are essential services such as markets, fishmonger, butcher, newsagent, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, reachable on foot through streets behind.
