This 3-room apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) and enjoys a pleasant southeast exposure. You'll appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood, while being close to the village center and all amenities. A practical, comfortable pied-à-terre to enjoy the mountains in complete peace of mind. One parking space on the right-hand side of a communal closed garage (Max height: 1.80 m)
