The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift, with an unobstructed view of the monuments of the old town.
🅿️ A private parking space in an underground car park located 150m from the apartment is included with the reservation (9 Rte de Neuf-Brisach).

For Georges Duhamel (who wrote it in 1931), Colmar was the "most beautiful city in the world"... It has also often been said that it was the most Alsatian of the cities in Alsace!
Without going into the escalation of superlatives, Colmar undoubtedly remains a quite exceptional city for the richness and variety of its historical and architectural heritage.
It is located near Germany and Switzerland, between the Vosges and the Rhine, Strasbourg and Mulhouse. The city offers visitors a striking shortcut to more than a thousand years of European history. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

El dia que llegamos, en plena epoca de mercadillos navideños, la plaza de parking estaba ocupada, el alquiler era para 3 dias y solo dispusimos de ella 2. Situada cerca del centro fue un gran inconveniente

Wieder wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung und haben unsere Zeit dort wieder sehr genossen. Super Lage und perfekt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Umgebung! Nur bei der Ausstattung in der könnte man etwas verbessern. Eine Teekanne in Eierbecher wären zum Beispiel toll oder auch eine neue Pfanne.

petit problème pour le garage il faut aller chercher le bip pour pouvoir se garer et le ramener quand on quitte la location pas possible de stationner devant l'appartement pour pouvoir récupérer le bip Merci pour la bouteille de Crémant l'appartement est bien aménagé et bien placé.

Les instructions pour trouver le parking ne sont pas assez clair car ils ont besoin d’ecriver des instructions en plus des images ils ont fournis car notre gps n’as pas trouver l’adresse du parking . Nous avons pris beaucoup de temp quand nous étions très fatigué après voyager la journée. J’ai téléphoné au immobilier qui ont parlé avec la propriétaire qui nous avons envoyé un message sur WhatsApp avec les mêmes images dans l’appartement. Pas bien. Éventuellement nous avons trouvé en mettant l’hôtel Nancy sur notre gps!
