Cosy Stay

There are a couple of pro‘s and con‘s about this house. The location is amazing, it’s situated up a hill in a quiet area with a beautiful view down to the sea. It is spacious, has a beautiful pool area and it’s great that dogs are allowed (even in the pool, so they got to cool down as well). Here for the con’s: the communication with the owner was good even though a bit late. Three days before we arrived we got an email with information about the house. We have to bring our own bedsheets and towels. Something we personally can’t agree with as for the bed sheet we have to buy one as we don’t have the sizes at home. For the prize per night on this property we think that sheets and towels should be inclusive. Otherwise it must be communicated in the description of the place, so people know before they book and pay. Also the cleanliness and equipment of the kitchen was not the greatest. Pots and pans seem rather old, and lots of plates had chipped corners. I know that might sound petty, but I sometimes think, if you pay a certain price you have certain expectations. If these things mentioned would change we would consider coming back.

Chère Constance Merci pour votre appréciation. Nous sommes ok avec vous pour dire avant dans le book que les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus. Comme je vous l ai dit, je n ai pas trouvé d homme de ménage pour s en occuper... je vais le mentionner avant... de même j enverrai le book avant. Pour les prix nous sommes inférieurs à toutes les locations de mes amis que je connais dans le coin... Au sujet de l équipement de la cuisine c est vrai que quelques assiettes ou autres choses sont ébréchés mais il y en a beaucoup.... c est pour ça qu on les garde... il y a beaucoup d assiettes! Certains locataires les ébrèchent avant votre arrivée... de plus nous aimons certains plats même ébréchés... vous pouvez sans problème vous servir de ceux qui ne sont pas ébréchés !! Vous êtes la première locataire qui me dit ça ! Un autre locataire ( de Saint Francisco) m avait félicité pour la grande batterie de cuisine que j avais! 😂 Bien à vous Fabienne

Entspannte Ferien

Wir verbrachten herrliche Familienferien in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften, unverbauten Ausblick auf das Meer in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Haus entspricht sehr gut der Beschreibung. Man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen, wenige Minuten zum schönen Meer, zum gut sortierten Lebensmittelgeschäft, unserem Lieblings-Restaurant ,Maurin des Maures‘ und einem guten Bäcker/Konditorei und Pizzabäckerei. Der uneinsehbare Salzwasser-Pool ist wunderbar groß. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und angenehm, es wurden alle Absprachen eingehalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Huset var genuint franskt med vacker trädgård, pool och en fantastisk terass med utsikt. Nära till stranden, snabbköp, bageri och slaktare. Bra utrymmen på övervåningen. Stort allrum o kök. Ingen AC i ett rum med 4 sängar. Dåligt städat. Fantastiska husvärdar som engagerade sig och ville att vi skulle ha det bra. Mycket hjälpsamma. Vi är mycket nöjda som helhet. Rayol är nära Nice med flygplats, St Tropez och flera vingårdar. Vacker liten havsvik med klart vatten några minuters promenad i backarna.

Premier séjour dans cette maison qui nous a énormément plu; j'espère bien y revenir dès que possible! Nous y étions à trois couples et quatre enfants et tous très à l'aise étant donné la configuration des lieux. La maison et les terrasses sont très spacieuses, au calme avec une belle vue bien dégagée; le jardin entretenu et en dénivelé est des plus agréables! et la piscine de bonne taille est bien placée dans le jardin. La situation de la maison entre commerces à 5 minutes et la plage à 7-8 minutes est très appréciée. Tout était comme nous le souhaitions pour nos vacances en famille!

Magnifique villa et vacances parfaites !

Deuxième séjour dans cette villa de rêve pour une famille nombreuse avec enfants. Chacun peut trouver son rythme et son espace car la propriété est grande, la piscine absolument idéale dans ses proportions et surtout bien clôturée pour les enfants. La proximité des commerces est très appréciable, ainsi que celle de la mer.

Très bon séjour

C'était notre 3ème séjour dans cette villa que nous apprécions toujours autant : le quartier est très calme, la maison est très spacieuse, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine est grande et chauffée. Nous utilisons très peu la voiture et nous allons à la plage et faire nos courses à pied ce qui est très pratique, car chacun peut aller et venir à sa guise en toute sécurité.

Séjour en tous points parfait pour notre "petite" famille de 10 (adultes et grands enfants). Jardin en terrasses magnifiquement entretenu. On reviendra !
