Charming 2 room apartment with terrace overlooking a wooded park. Private and secure parking space available.
The terrace facing south and out of sight will allow you to have breakfast or simply spend time there in peace. The apartment can accommodate 2 people.

This district is very central to Bordeaux and its surroundings. The location is ideal if you want to visit the historic center or the vineyards of Pessac.
Located 3 minutes walk from the faculty of medicine and the Pellegrin hospital center.
Cot and high chair available on request.
A linen extra fees of 15 € will be applied if the reservation is for 2 people using the sofa bed. The request for additional sheets must be made at least 24 hours before arrival.
