Close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. For those who know that Wasatch Mountains are the best, this home is in the #1 location!

This location is super close to many great hiking locations in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Great place for all the adventurers... mountain biking, road biking training up the mountains, rock climbing, and more is just minutes from this location. In the winter season, jump on the Ski bus at the BCC or at the LCC park n ride before hitting world class ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude). Close to the airport, downtown SLC, and great local restaurants. The neighborhood park is ~100 yards from the front door and great for tennis/ pickleball and the quick doggie walks.

This property is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, and with 2 car garage. Sleeping arrangement up to 7 guests: master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen bed, and a guest room with a trundle bed and separate twin (sleeping up to 3). Discount for longer term (30 days or longer) and flexible stays (month to month)- message for longer stays.

Perfect for our group...or any group

I have stayed in this set of condos before and it is a great location. This property worked out very well. Clean and up to date. The Kitchen is recently updated and has everything one needs for a ski vacation. The host is very communicative and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for skiing in the canyons

We had a group of 5 including two young adults. Plenty of room to spread out, large kitchen and dining area and garage. Best part is the location, right in between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons with quick and easy access to four incredible mountains.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Excellent location at the base of the canyon for all the nearby ski resorts. Encountered an issue with access when we first got there, but it was addressed right away. Kitchen had all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend this place.

Great location for either canyon and grocery store

This is a very nice set up in the townhome. Wonderful kitchen and style. Very cleanWhen we received a decent snowfall, it was wonderful to have salt dropped off at the door. The drive is steep even though really short so salt was helpful. We had a wonderful time in this unit, perfect size for my husband and I with our 2 teenage boys. Only thing missing is a hot tub after the slopes. Communication was wonderful, I would definitely recommend this unit!
