The Wilson Cottages neighborhood is ideal for walking or biking, and set back from the hustle and bustle of the roads. This is the perfect spot for families, with two swing sets, and the famous Wilson Treehouse just a three-minute stroll away.
This beautiful cottage is stunningly designed to maximize space, with an open-concept living area, and roomy bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, as well as a two-zone Sonos sound system throughout the house. The first-floor master bedroom exhibits a king bed, large ensuite bathroom with heated floors, rain shower with steam functionality, and a separate clawfoot bathtub.
The second-floor features two adjoining bedrooms – One with a queen bed, connected through a Jack-n-Jill bathroom to a “Kid's Room”, featuring full-size bunk beds and a sleeper couch. The Kid's room exhibits a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with three bean-bag chairs, making it ideal for lounging. The well-appointed second-story includes a spacious rain shower, generous closets, and drawers for your ease and comfort. The entire house is decorated in a crisp, clean, and coastal theme, bringing a next level of relaxation and comfort to your stay.
Although the interior of the home is stunning, the highlight is truly the outside living options this charming cottage offers. The front porch has four rocking chairs along with a porch swing to relax in, while watching the kids play, with a cocktail in-hand. A spacious, screened back porch provides a fantastic outdoor dining option, complete with gas grill, which overlooks a rare private fenced-in yard. Close out every evening around the classic Carolina fire pit, as the kids roast s'mores, and you share memorable stories about your adventures in the Lowcountry.

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.
