About this property

Classic fully updated 1807 home - Best location + PARKING + Patio

30-day rental - Location, location, location.

Just because you are on the peninsula does not mean you are renting a place in a premium location which will allow you to easily take advantage of what you are coming to Charleston to do.

Guests with pets must check with us before booking to discuss.

Our condo is located in one of Charleston's classic buildings, the Noyer-Wildhagen house, which was built in 1807. It is located on Meeting Street, just 2 blocks from all the nightlife & world-class shopping/dining of King Street and the waterfront is only 5 blocks away. You are within walking distance of all that Charleston has to offer, and you will not have to drive much once you arrive, depending on your plans. We do have deeded parking right in front of our place. This is a big deal in Charleston.

Walking distance to the grocery store. One block to TD Arena. One block to Marion Square. 3 blocks to the vast public market. One block to King Street. Our place is located in the heart of Charleston.

You can walk to the Farmer's Market on Saturdays which is just one block away. Load up on fresh local vegetables to take back to cook in our gourmet kitchen. Then dine outside on our secluded brick patio with the sound of our concrete fountain in the background.

Although our house was built in 1807, we have blazing fast Xfinity internet with unlimited data.

If you have questions about our 30 day minimum rental, we are happy to help.

The living space has been fully updated, with all modern conveniences, including high-speed internet. We have deeded parking, a lovely patio with a real concrete fountain, beautiful master suite with a new King bed, super modern kitchen with a new gas stove, lovely gas fireplace...this is a great space. This is our personal residence, and we rent it out for a few months a year when we are traveling. It is not a worn-out vacation rental with constant turnover....you will feel at home the minute you walk in.

We want to make sure that our place will work for your extended stay, so feel free to ask any questions. We are more than happy to help.

We will have updated photos shortly. Thank you for considering our house for your extended stay in Charleston.

Amazing!!
I can't say enough good things about my stay. First of all, Doug and Cathy were great hosts and they were always quick with communication if I had a question during the 6 weeks I spent here. Second, the location was absolutely perfect!! Located right on Meeting Street, you are a block away from King Street, less than a ten minute walk to Harris Teeter (grocery store) and easy access to all that Downtown Charleston has to offer. I walked everywhere and never felt unsafe. The neighbors were all very nice and quiet, and having a designated parking spot was icing on the cake. The home was clean and perfect for one or two people. They provided the essentials for my stay, and having laundry access was a plus! The bed was super comfortable as well, and plenty of closet space! I honestly wish I could have stayed longer!!

Charming Historical District Condo
This beautiful condo became our home away from home. From the pleasing decor, updated appliances, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere, to the welcoming and prompt communication from the owners, this was the best vacation experience we have ever had. The location was right in the middle of the historical district and we were able to experience and enjoy Charleston by foot. Harris Teeter's (the local supermarket), several museums, restaurants, shopping, art galleries, Pineapple Fountain, Charleston City Market, and the weekly farmer's market were all within 15 minutes by foot. Eli's Table, Big Bad Breakfast, Virginia's, Fleet's Landing, Hyman's Seafood, Vincent Chicco's, and the Smallest Bar on Hutson Alley were our favorites for dining and cocktails. I also must mention the stunning churches that fill the Holy City with their musical symphony several times a day. Besides being an amazing place to stay for one month, we also felt very safe in this location. If/when we return to Charleston, this is the place we will stay again.
