Penthouse View

View, location and beach were great! Property managers were excellent. Very expensive condo for the value. It is very old, outdated and dirty. Many items broken or worn out and not working correctly. Online condo photos deceiving. No beach chairs allowed on beach except the beach management company. Have to rent chairs and umbrella. No reserved parking, need to use public lot.

The view is perfect

We had a great time with multiple families. The furnishing could be updated. The owner should provide weekly chairs/umbrella for the week Overall it was a great place to enjoy Destin

The condo and location was great.

5 star management keeps trying to book condo owner maintained during our stay for 3 different things unrelated to our visit which should be done during the condo owners maintance weeks not why we are renting the unit. The unit needs more trash cans at least 1 in every bathroom and bedroom. Parking was as issue as the 2 spaces that came with the unit are not accessible to guest only the owner.

Great location with awesome views

Great penthouse in a perfect location. Some TLC /maintenance needed at penthouse, but nothing that affected our stay. We had a great time. Service was excellent. Any questions or issues we had were promptly responded to.
