FIRST FLOOR
A grand foyer welcomes you as you enter Castle by the Sea. The first floor living space includes a game room with an air hockey table and plenty of comfortable furniture around a large flat-screen TV--perfect for the whole family. The guest bedroom on this floor has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and connects to the first floor bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a bunk area with two sets of bunk beds capable of sleeping eight people. There are two queen sleeper sofas located in the living area to accommodate all your friends and family.

The one-of-a-kind pool deck is accessible from the first floor and includes amenities that you will not find elsewhere. The private pool has a gentle slope entry, multiple jets and fountains, and LED lights to illuminate your nighttime swim. The spa is connected to the pool and is perfectly situated to enjoy the outdoor television. The other pool deck amenities include a full outdoor kitchen, private gas grill, and plenty of lounge furniture. The pool can also be heated for $75 a day upon your request. Please call us at 850-269-1005 to put in a request to turn on the pool's heating system.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor has a large, open floorplan that includes the living area, dining area, kitchen, and wet bar. With windows on every wall, the space is filled with natural light and invites you out onto the balcony with plenty of seating perfect for outdoor dining. The living area is comfortably furnished and a great place to relax and watch the large flat-screen TV after a day on the beach. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes stocked with all the cookware and dishware you need to prepare and serve meals for families of all sizes. The large dining table can seat up to 16 people and has unique bench seating. There are five custom made bar stools at the breakfast bar and a small breakfast table for four that provide additional seating. A wet bar area just off of the kitchen features beautiful granite, bar-ware, and a unique martini glass-shaped sink.

One of the home’s two master bedrooms is located on this floor. The bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private master bathroom, and private access to a balcony overlooking the pool deck. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity.

THIRD FLOOR
The third floor features three large bedrooms, one of which is the main master bedroom, and a large balcony with a wet bar and rooftop terrace access. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the third floor balcony. The adjoining master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, jetted tub, and custom double vanities. This floor also features a king guest bedroom with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the balcony. Additionally, there's a third guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48 hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88℉. The pool heat charge is $75 per day of your reservation. This home is equipped with a gas based pool heater, which can operate as intended regardless of outdoor temperature. This home also has a spillover spa attached to the pool. The spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and uses the same heating method.
