This home is built directly on the sand (not across a street) on the sand AND it owns its own beach. The beach s yours to use just or you and your guests from corner to corner of your oversized beach deck down to where the public walks along the water is all your beach!!! A private beach not shared with anyone not even a complex like most private beaches. 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas are included (beach service set up by beach chairs company March through October) plus we have 4 beach chair and an extra umbrella on the beach deck for your use on the beach if you would like extra chairs.

This spacious beachfront townhome is newly remodeled, offering all the great home comfort and ease you need for some well-earned rest and relaxation, right on US Scenic 98.

Beachfront Haven has three spacious floors, with a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

From parking, you take one step up to enter through the front door on the middle level of the townhome. This middle/main level includes a spacious open floor plan with full kitchen, living and dining areas, all with massive no-pane windows overlooking the beach, giving you the best beachfront views you can get in Destin! This level has 1 full bathroom and a small sleeping bedroom with a custom bed/mattress (sleeps up to 2, custom mattress - great for kids, best for people under 5'5"' tall), as well as two queen sleeper sofas in the living room area.

To go upstairs to the top level, take the stairs up one level (from middle/main) and arrive at another full bathroom, as well as two master bedroom suites, each with a comfy, cozy king beds that are perfect for two, and their own private full bathrooms. One master suite is on the street/parking side of the home, and the other master suite is on the beach side of the home, with large no-pane windows overlooking the beach, giving you the best beachfront views you can get in Destin RIGHT FROM YOUR BED, plus a private master suite balcony!

To go downstairs to the bottom level (what we call the beach level), take the stairs down one level (from middle/main). This level has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed that sleeps 2, and the other is a bunk bedroom that sleeps 3 (queen bed on bottom, one twin bed on top) - and a full bathroom, as well as a kitchenette and living area.

This home comes thoughtfully equipped for your convenience with a washer and dryer, 2 stocked kitchens with basic cooking necessities, fully furnished open living areas with TVs and wifi, and all bed linens, bath towels and beach towels provided.

Beachfront Haven comes with 2 convenient parking spots (that fit 4 standard-sized cars in total) right outside the front door, and easy access and self check-in through the main front door using a door keypad.

** RIGHT ON THE SAND **

You cannot stay any closer to the beach than here unless you're camping in a tent on the sand!! Plus, you get your own private beach for your vacation. What more could you ask for?? Step right off the deck into the pristine, super soft white sands of Destin, Fl. The white sand beaches and the gorgeous green waters of the Emerald Coast are like no other in the US!!!!

** BEACH WEDDINGS, PARTIES & EVENTS **

Beachfront Haven is perfect for small, intimate beach weddings, family reunion gatherings, anniversary parties, and other family-oriented events and celebrations.

We DO NOT book to Spring Break groups, or groups between the ages of 18-25. This is a family-oriented beachfront community.

UPDATE JUNE 2020 - Okaloosa County is strictly enforcing no beach bonfires for the remainder of 2020 due to COVID-19. If this should change, we will update this information.

** OTHER DETAILS **

There is 1 grill. We supply first propane tanks. They may not be completely full as we try to be conservative. Please check propane tanks upon your arrival as we do not replace every time as to note waste. You are responsible to replace. closest place is the Shell Station East on our street approximately 1.5 miles away.

We do provide beach towels, 1 per guest based on your reservation headcount.

We have multiple coffeemakers in the house - Keurig and regular.
